The Swinsian parliament is located on upper parliament street one street north of the prime-ministers home and office. It started being built in 1808 and finished construction 6 years later in 1814. Inside the Parliamentary chamber looks highly similar to the UK's house of Lords with the main difference being beige wooden panel flooring instead of carpet and black leather being used on the furniture instead of red.

The New California Republic House of Representatives & Senate Building

A Modernist-style building, completed 5 years ago, was designed to replace the existing House of Representatives and Senate buildings. The previous buildings were no longer fit for purpose, because of the increased number of Representatives and Senators from the newer territories of the NCR. The building also has significant archive space and other underground facilities.

Parliament meets at Parliament House, located in the centre of the capital, Vandenbrink.

The building was completed in 1915, and housed the colonial parliament from 1915 to independence in 1978.

House of Commons chamber. Unlike other Westminster-like parliaments, seats are arranged in a mainland-Europe style hemicycle. This is supposedly to encourage a "spirit of co-operation", according to the designer of the chamber, Radboud Van Veen.

The building that houses the Forum of the Democratic Republic of Gandoor is officially unnamed but is commonly referred to as the Forum as well. It is located in our capital of Gandoor City and occupies the grounds of the former Royal Palace, which was used by the Nzards of Gandoor from 1623 until 1841 and was torn down under the orders of Nzarina Rebecca I in 1855. The Forum was constructed between 1903 and 1906 and, prior to being constructed to the point of usability in 1905, the Forum met in an unused theater three kilometres away from its present location, as that was the only building in Gandoor City that was capable of seating all 1000 Members of the Forum.

The Capitol is located in the heart of Capitol Land, which is an amusement park (NS Issue). The amusement park, officially known as "Mister Happy's Capitol Funland", and the current Capitol, were both built in the early 2000s AD after the original Capitol (bordering the park to the southwest) was outgrown. The building opened at six stories tall (with Congress meeting in the second floor), but is now a whopping thirty stories tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in TurtleShroom and the tallest building in Jonesboro.

The building is notable for its vertical roller coaste r, which entered the building at the twentieth story, then exited the building at the first. It also has a vintage car ride through its first through fifth stories, with tracks running through the balconies of the Congressional chamber, allowing for short viewing. While the roller coaster is annoying, the plexiglass surrounding it and the thick walls make it bearable.

The Reichstag building is located at Konigsplatze, across the street from the Siegessaule, a column which commemorates the victory over France in 1871. It was built between 1884 and 1894, after much deliberation between Kaiser Wilhelm I and Chancellor von Bismarck over where it was to be placed, and it had been heavily damaged by Soviet bombing during the Second Weltkrieg. Luckily, much of the damage has been repaired in the fourteen years since the end of the Second World War, and it continues to serve as the homeplace of the Reichstag parliament.

There are two different buildings for the Saurisian Consilio ti Sofosauria ("Counsil of Wisesaurs"), each for the individual two bodies of the bicamarel legislative body. The first is the Palazzo tai Deputati, which houses the Chamber of Deputies, and is located in the residential Argento district of Sauropolis.

The other building is the Palazzo tell Senato, where the Senate meets to convene; it is located in the Bruticio district of Sauropolis, which is seated between the bustling commercial Vineza and the historical Julia districts.

The senate of the preeminent order of the Universal Empire meets within the palace of the emperor himself. The senate is split into two houses. The senate of nobles and the senate of commons. The senate of nobles consists of planets that have shown true loyalty to the Emperor and His Empire and meets within his throne room while the Senate of Commons meets in a lower chamber and consists of the other planets of the Empire who while still being loyal have likely not made the sacrifices made by other planets for the Empire. Also of interesting note is that the Chamber of Commons is situated between the Royal Guard Barracks, The Royal Police HQ, The Royal Sturmtroopen Contingent, and the Palace Ubiqtorate station which is known to keep close tabs on all the senators.

This is the Reichsrat building it houses the two chambers of our parliament, and was built in 1861-1863. Originally it served as a council of nobles to advise the emperor in the pre-constitutional era. In 1883, the final expansion was completed and it served the entire Empire, and since 1883, both the House of Deputies and the State Council meet in this building.
