Atlantis does not use mechs yet.

We still use tanks, AFVs and the like.
Uses certain NS stats.

Atlantis is an MT nation that is the third richest country in the world, behind only China and the United States. It is closer to the USA, UK, Italy and Spain (in that order, though Italy and Spain is probably tied) culturally than it is Greece. It is also a naval power.

And no, Atlantis is not underwater: It has a land area around the size of France.

Pros: Classical liberalism, democracy, the West, Brexit, Viktor Orban, free education, strong military
Cons: Authoritarianism, fascism, communism, multiculturalism, Islamism

We kind of use mechs. Our Watch (human-based law enforcement) is mainly bound to police trucks, motorbikes, and spy drones, but our Dinosaur Watch are basically cyborg dinosaur war machines.

We have a working prototype, but it's not due for any sort of mass production or battlefield duty yet. We still use standard wheeled or tracked armored vehicles, and have no intention of replacing them even after our mech development is finished and becomes part of active service. We still have many improvements to make on it, which will hopefully be accomplished by the end of next year. The Gatling guns and flamethrowers you see mounted are only placeholders for other, similar weapons, and it still obviously lacks armor. Another investment we plan to make is the replacement of a weapon arm for a hand-equipped arm instead, for manipulating terrain, objects, and other uses, but it's still in development.

The Empire of Japanese Pacific States' Imperial Military does use mechs though we call them as Tactical Surface Fighters of which are capable of flight, currently the mechs in service with the IJA is the Type 97 Fubuki and the Type 94 Shiranui, though the IJRG utilizes the Type 00 series of TSFs most commonly referred to as Takemikazuchis.

Anyway all of our mechs are covered in their respective generation factbooks.

Four- or six-legged vehicles are occasionally used in lumbering operations in the Norþeasterne Cynerice, as they're lower-impact than tracked or wheeled vehicles.

We don't use legged vehicles in battle because we are smart people.

Not bipedal ones at least. Though mechs may look cool, they are quite ease to trip, as opposed to a tank or even a four-legged robot, like what we use in our military.

We use giant 30-45 foot tall mechs, depending on the model. We also use tanks, APCs, fighter jets, etc.

The Zhouranese People's Army does not use mechs, preferring to use armored vehicles such as main battle tanks, APCs and IFVs, as well as helicopters and fixed-wing combat aircraft, for full-maneuver, multi-directional, high-mobility, high-firepower, overwhelming combined-arms surgical-strikes against any opponents. Bipedal and multi-legged mechs are inherently flawed in their engineering design, making them easy targets to demobilize and cripple.

In regards to anti-mech warfare, any anti-tank specialist or "tank hunter" can essentially be a "mech killer" too, and in the unlikely event that the ZPA somehow faces off against mechs, then a couple of highly-mobile mech killers with anti-tank missiles, MANPADS and automatic grenade launchers is all it takes, especially if supported by light armored vehicles with anti-tank missiles/MANPADS/automatic grenade launchers, attack helicopters, and fixed-wing combat aircraft.

We're preferable to power armor but yes we've deployed a few units that could qualify for the traditional definition of a bipedal mech.

Yes, we use mechs for urban and mountain combat. We still use tanks alongside mechs btw as they are faster and more effective in open combat. Both our tanks and mechs are autonomous.

We gave mechs a try once. Turned out not to be nearly as viable as was thought, but they make great shock and morale units in urban combat. Just seeing a bipedal mechanical monstrosity stomping huge potholes into the pavement as it walks is enough to get most hostile forces to surrender and gives friendlies quite the rush. We keep a few specialist units of mechs around for those purposes but generally save the serious fighting for more practical fighting forces.

The Novus 44th "Mighty Warriors" is well known for their antics as a, and I quote, "super fighting robot team", but most of our mech pilots would rather not get into theatrics. At least the "Mighty Warriors" haven't actually tried to combine their mechs yet, though.

Obviously. The Imperium is a nation from the grim darkness of the far future where there's only war, after all.

The Imperium's war mechs vary greatly in size, from light scout walkers that are essentially just upscaled powered armor to towering 100-meter engines of destruction with enough firepower to single-handedly level a city with ease. Adversaries of the Imperium often like to quip about Sidhae having size issues - all the while constructing engines of comparable size to match the Sidh walkers.

While obviously presenting much more prominent targets than tracked or wheeled armored vehicles, war mechs have their uses with their broader mobility and versatility. In an urban combat setting, a mech has considerable advantages over a tank, benefitting from better mobility in rubble-filled streets and longer range of sight, capable of providing overwatch more effectively. Mechs, especially the larger ones, also serve as proverbial bullet magnets, drawing heavy weapons fire away from the more vulnerable infantry and armor, a suitable role for the largest models with their naval-grade armor, weaponry and the plethora of active defense systems. A single superheavy walker can provide area protection against incoming projectiles to large ground forces, all the while returning fire with the might of it's naval-class weapons. Also, mechs are quite obviously a potent psychological weapon - few enemies are brave or foolish enough to stand their ground when a colossus the size of a cathedral tower lumbers their way, packing enough firepower to level a city block with one shot and brandishing a hammer or other melee weapon easily capable of knocking down a skyscraper or pulverizing anything smaller than itself.

Mechs also find uses in less destructive roles as rough-terrain offroad transports, firefighting and emergency rescue vehicles and heavy cargo lifters in tight spaces. They are also popular among frontier explorers on worlds with rough terrain, significant environmental hazards or large and dangerous wildlife.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.
