Estlobian Embassy Programme

Greetings, nations of the world!
One year ago to date, after consultation with our Chancellor and other ministers, we decided it to be in our best interest to begin establishing embassies with fellow nations. Now, following the completion of our embassy centre, we are excited to announce that the programme is now open to all nations who wish to expand their diplomatic relations.
Location
All embassies will be in the New Federal Embassy Centre, which is located about two kilometers away from the Geniocrat Palace in the heart of the capital, Siorlo. Housing will be provided for the ambassadors, staff, and security officers.
Regulations
For the sake of maintaining security and stability, we have created a series of rules that all embassy nations must abide by. They are as follows:
· All embassy nations must provide one ambassador and at least one diplomatic consultant and two security personnel (thirty Estlobian military personnel will be guarding the embassy centre at any given time). Thirty-six service staff members will be in service of the entire embassy centre, though emissary nations may supply their own service staff.
· All ambassadoris may carry up to one (1) deadly weapon on their person at all times, with up to one (1) additional deadly weapon in their name but not kept on their person.
· Foreign security staff may carry up to three (3) deadly weapons on their person at any given time, with any number of additional deadly weapons in their name but not kept on their person.
· Ambassadors must bring three national flags (one to be flown on top of the embassy, one inside the embassy, and one just outside the embassy). An Estlobian flag will be provided.
· No more than four (4) animals may be brought by ambassadors. All ambassadors will be gifted an Estlobii Finch upon arrival.
· Any number of harmless plants may be brought into the nation, but those that may be harmful must be first approved by the ministry of homeland security.
· All recreational drugs (excluding alcohol, which is classified differently by federal standards and is perfectly legal to be brought into the country) are prohibited. Prescribed medications, however, are of course permitted.
· Armored vehicles may be brought into the country, but the only armed vehicles that may be brought in are Estlobian ETRA-series models.
· Ambassadorial personnel must abide by all existing federal and jurisdictional laws not defied by the above statements.
