Homo sapiens haiz are a subspecies of the Homo sapiens species, sharing many traits with Homo sapiens sapiens.

In The Haiz, Adolescnece seems to start sooner and last shorter, meaning Haiz look like humans in their teens throughout their lives due to the general end of all muscular and bone growth (other than damaged regrowth) at the age of 10. It is believed a genetic mutation or occurrence caused this shortfall.

Pacifist Nature

Several nervous responses in Humans that are often to fight bac or resist when cornered are different in the Haiz. Reflexes are much more centered around surrendering, retreating, yielding, coercing, or a general pacifist-like reaction.

Debate

There is particular debate over whether Haiz are Humans or Non-Humans. Haiz are in the Human Species, and are a subspecies to Homo sapiens sapiens. But unlike humans and the other human subspecies (Paleolithic Humans), Haiz have noticeably different reflex and thought patterns, particularly first-reactions. It is because of this, and reasons of confusion that many politicians and biologists classify Haiz as "Non-Human".

-(1880)Haiz Neon Blue Hair and Eyes found to be constant when a fetus does not develop properly when the alleles for such are removed.
-(1910)Dr. Sroundfield discovers that a Human genome can be converted to Haiz, but not vice versa.
-(1952)An offspring of a Human and a Haiz develops normally and as two members of the same species should be, and the offspring was fertile. But the adolescence of the Haiz and the Human did not properly synchronize. The child died at 10 years old. This is the first suggestion that the adolescence was caused in Haiz by a genetic mutation or occurance.
-(2010) The Human Gene is found to be dominant to the Haiz Gene, and 3/4 times, a Haiz-Human baby will be Human.

Earth Evolution
Haiz evolved as a subspecies from Humans on Planet Earth and adapted through time.

Planetary Relocation
The Haiz originated on a Home planet, and through a third party made their way to earth, either with their bodies or just DNA and adaptation.

Haiz Visitation
Haiz brought themselves to Earth to flee someone, or something. Or to experiment with a colony on Earth, as an indicating factor about Earth.

We find this theory to be quite likely, for we have seen Haiz- like people all over the universe, but very few in the Earth area. It is possible that some race picked up a bunch of Haiz and dropped them on Earth at some point. We don't know. Or care, really.
