Your nation's full name: - (
English): Jingoistic States of Nuibac
- (
Nuiban): NUÍ' BAK
Your nation's full population: 2.1 Billion
Your nation's founding date: Discovered between the 13th and 14th centuries by humans, but the actual foundation date is approximated to be around 2,000 BCE.
Your nation's type of government: Nuibac is an architocracy; a government ruled by builders and architects. At the helm of the government is a council, comprised of 100 ministers appointed into power to serve for a two year term; however, it should be noted that leadership is otherwise collective, meaning that there is no singular figurehead/leader for every department. In addition, the Nuiban government - and perhaps the Qinnun species - organizes its people into numerous, simple yet specialized castes. Interestingly, the Nuiban government employs a culture of mandatory public service (called 'GONG CUNG', literally means "Work Common"), requiring its citizens to perform labor for a set number of days out of a year.
How frequent does your government fight amongst each other? Do these internal conflicts regularly cause your government to fail in making important decisions?: To avoid power struggles, council members are appointed based upon merit and work history. It's also standard practice for the the Nuiban leadership to uphold yearly congresses, hence assessing the progress and issues at the end of each year. Given the simple and specialized castes among Nuiban society and culture, dissent and corruption is very difficult to materialize, especially since every politician has one skill set. Sadly, such specialization makes the government rather inflexible, with each one hundred councilmen/women having their own pros and cons; one council can be worst or better than the other one. For example, an industrial-focused council is going to neglect agricultural programs and boost manufacturing, while a military-focused council is going to neglect civilian goods and expand the military.
How economically-independent is your nation?: As a country built from a society and species of workers and builders, Nuibac is capable of sustaining itself economically and financially. All forms of major industries are either owned by the state or government, hence for the country's jobs being predominately public. Additionally, the Nuiban economy is product-based, meaning that the country is based around manufacturing. But due to the country's isolationism, and strict zero-waste policy, Nuibac is fraught with frequent shortages and rationing; recycling and the lack of competitive markets are one of the biggest reasons Nuibac's economy is otherwise comparable to Indonesia. Given the unique circumstances of mandatory public service, job security is never an issue in Nuibac - there is always work to be done somewhere.
How many personnel are in your military?: 1,500,000 Active (7,000,000 Reserve)
How many nations is your nation allied with?: N/A
Just how big or small is your nation?: Nuibac is an archipelago nation comprised of islands that would've been called New Zealand, and the continent of Australia.
On a scale of 1-10, how prepared is your nation against natural disasters?: 8
What is the tech level of your nation?: Space Age (1960s - 1980s Tech)
Does your nation have weapons of mass destruction? If so, how many weapons, and what are they?: N/A
Has your nation colonized other planets or objects in space?: Nuibac landed a man on the Moon in 1864, slowly but surely colonizing it for the next century. Since then, the Moon is the only celestial body that Nuibac has colonized. Unlike its human counterparts, settlements would be built and perfected on the Moon; however, most of these settlements are mines and refineries. Deuterium (Helium-3), along with oxides (iron, aluminum and sodium) and titanium dioxide, are mined from the Moon, hence making the Moon a critical industrial center of Nuibac.
Just how sanitary is your nation?: 98%
Any additional notes about your nation:- (
Qinnun Species): The
Qinnuns are a humanoid species, renown for their ephemeral lifespans, superhuman memory, and high reproductive rate. Standing between an average height of 58 to 66 inches, Qinnuns have four digits on each foot and hand (one thumb and three fingers), and come in three genders: male, female, and xale. With a lifespan of 19 to 27 years, the Qinnuns grow and mature very rapidly, already considered adults by the age of five years. Their unforgettable photographic memory allows them to never forget anything, thanks to their extremely powerful metabolism. Aside from being extremely difficult to become infected and ill, Qinnuns require very little rest (20 to 50 minutes). But ironically, their superhuman ability to rapidly learn and remember is a curse in of itself; happy and nightmarish memories stay forever until death.

Qinnun Social Structure): Since the Qinnuns are isolated to what would've been called New Zealand, they developed a homogeneous culture of builders and architects. As the inventors of the term and idea of 'architocracy', the Qinnuns organize themselves into numerous castes, each being purely simple and specialized for very specific roles. At the top of the caste system are the architects, whom are responsible for building and maintaining the machines, structures (socially and physically), and operations of their country (Nuibac) and species alike. By contrast, the bottom of the caste system are the outcasts, whom are regarded as the 'undesirables' and 'criminals' of society, and tasked with doing the most undesirable work imaginable.

Nuiban Language): Nuibanese is the native language spoken in Nuibac, and among the Qinnun species as a whole. The language is analytical/isolating, meaning the that the language doesn’t use any morphological marking of case, gender, number or tense. There are three tones (high, low, and neutral), along with long and short vowels; however, phonology is rigid and consistent. Furthermore, there are two word orders, SOV (Subject-Object-Verb) and VOS (Verb-Object-Subject), which are used to convey the past or non-past tense; the former (SOV) specifies past tense, and the latter (VOS) specifies non-past tense. The language uses the Latin Alphabet, although the letters are always written/typed capitalized except in handwriting (where letters are otherwise completely lowercase).

Pre-Human History): Somewhere in another universe, the Qinnuns began life as an artificially engineered species, created as laborers and soldiers. Designed and conceived by a species of anthropomorphic rats called the 'Ghaza', the galaxy was in a state of rivalry that been ongoing for millennium. Initially, the Qinnuns obedient and loyal to their creators; however, when the Qinnuns discovered their true purpose as expendable workers and soldiers, they armed themselves for open rebellion. It took the combined might of the galaxy - which was a rarity at the time - and 134 years to finally suppress and end the Qinnun Rebellions; however, the rebellions cost the galaxy the extinction of four sentient species, including the Ghazans. Over 20 trillion people on all sides have lost their lives in Qinnun Rebellions, with the Qinnuns losing three to four times as many people. But hoping to ensure the survival of their species, the remaining Qinnun remnants load their children onto starships and send them off to new parts unknown. Somewhere out there, two of those ships would end up entering a wormhole and crashing landing on a certain blue dot in another universe. Landing on what is now called the New Zealand archipelago, the Qinnuns would restart their civilization all over again, giving rise to would become the lonesome nation of Nuibac.
