what is that kind of "power" supposed to be good for?
our world's culture of peace, enables investment in infrastructure,
the kinds of infrastructure that serve everybody and does so without damaging our environment,
instead of having to waste our resources on developing ever deadlier ways of damaging each other and our selves.

we do have a lot of dual use technologies that can double as weaponry and armour,
should the need ever arise. energy beam tunnelling after all, makes just as big holes in military assualt vehicles as it does in the ground,
for tunnelling and mineral extraction.

between that sort of thing, and our national animal's natural psionic defense, we've only been invaded once,
and that did not end well for those who did.

we're not ignorant of the folly of equating familiar comfort with security.
that's because we don't hate logic.
by not hating logic, we find less obvious and often as if not more, effective ways of doing things.

something the nation states game doesn't really have that capacity to very well simulate.

How frequent does your government fight amongst each other? Do these internal conflicts regularly cause your government to fail in making important decisions? Infighting is basically nonexistent. What little hiccups do happen don’t really effect legislation much.

How economically dependent is your nation? Not at all, actually. Arms sales, planetary colonization, and other such things make us absolutely frightening economically.

How many personnel are in your military? 150 million

How many nations is your nation allied with? 2 nations. The rest are either neutral or too scared to do anything.

Just how big or small is your nation? I am severely unsure about the actual measurements, but we DO own several larger than earth planets. About 12. Add the in-construction Dyson sphere and we’re set.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how prepared is your nation against natural disasters? 9.5. Built in machinery within the planets and environmental response squads ensure that earthquakes are a minor annoyance. Same with volcanoes and other such stuff.

What is the tech level of your nation? Oh. Oh wow. The year is 2644, but we’re about 1500 years more advanced than humanity. FTL, warp-drive ships. Armor that completely negates radiation and conventional arms. Antimatter, plasma, and railgun weaponry. Basically, we got science.

Does your nation have weapons of mass destruction? If so, how many weapons, and what are they? OH, DO WE? If we count the standard trifecta of chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, about 1,545,936. If we count the more ADVANCED weapons (antimatter, atmosphere igniters, core busters), about 25,000. I already kind of explained what they’re like.

Has your nation colonized other planets or objects in space? Yep. We colonized twelve terrestrial planets, about 50% of the asteroid belt, and are currently constructing a combination habitat and Dyson sphere around our sun.

Just how sanitary is your nation? Very. A dirty populace is seen as a weak populace. Leaving trash all about is seen as degenerate and hygienic behavior is rewarded monetarily.
