Your nation's type of government: Conservative Democracy with a supreme ruler-ship system, this comes with the benefit a singular individual can say and do any required action, and a great leader will go a long way - however if any notably corrupt or self-centered leader were to get into power, it could quickly backfire and turn into a quick dictatorship, so care has to be taken to ensure no corruption can reach the true head of state, or the nation may as well be declared done for.
