Just how big or small is your nation? The actual ground we hold consists of a single hidden nuclear bunker built by an advanced empire that no longer exists... and it is on a different plane of existence than Earth.

On a scale of 1-10, how prepared is your nation against natural disasters? Depends on where. At our best, a 9, as there are predictive measures and early warnings, evacuation, and rebuilding effort through foreign aid.

What is the tech level of your nation? FanT. (I actually can't stress that enough, our 'verse has literally every creature and entity from every myth, though not always exactly how they myth said, along with everything from every folklore, every urban legend, even going up to and including the urban legends of the Internet, aka creepypasta. Though again, not always exactly as written. Most of them hide in other planes, occasionally slipping into this one to toy with mortals. I mean, we do that too. Did I mention this is urban fantasy meets cosmic horror, at the setting level? And our setting's timeline actually takes into account the age of the universe... there's stuff going on throughout all 13.7 billion years.)

Trying to determine actual tech on the other hand... well, our TL is drunk. We exist in a time where there are nations that came before us and aren't around anymore that were way more advanced than anyone who came later. (Go far back enough and there were even ancient FFT nations, and wars were fought over who got to have their stuff and say they were the rightful successors to that nation!) And you better believe that technology has been taken, studied, and used. We can't produce it ourselves, but that isn't important. We also have access to the technology of Earth, circa 2014. This we can produce on our own, but our infrastructure isn't quite as designed for it. There are also PMT nations existing at the same time as us... who we steal from. Mostly, we get other people to make stuff for us. Or we steal it.

Has your nation colonized other planets or objects in space? No, but only because we don't actually have any plans to colonize, and we want as little attention drawn to ourselves as possible.

Just how sanitary is your nation? Well, our HQ is highly sanitary.

Any additional notes about your nation: We aren't really a nation, we're supranational. We don't desire to conquer anything, merely manipulate other nations to align with our agenda, which we accomplish through great secrecy. All of our factbooks have pertinent information. This is also worth noting, this here lists the IRL wars we actually fought in, and who we sided with. All of which was done from deep cover, most of which was done by basic agents. However, none of the results of those wars changed much from the IRL timeline.

We exist in the same multiverse as 1 Orinia 1, and International Phoenix, called the DNM 'verse. Oh, and in our timeline it is currently October of 2014, so there's a lot of IRL stuff that hasn't happened for us.

Also, our timeline is about to make a giant veer off the same course that the IRL timeline does. Mind you, it already has split a while back. After all, the IRL timeline doesn't have Orinia. Which changes more than you think, including some of the products made by tech giants.

Do these internal conflicts regularly cause your government to fail in making important decisions?: As a single party clerical fascist state, Shinha deals with infighting and dissent via a vast and tightly monitored network of espionage and infiltration. Only in the case of riots/protests having overwhelming numbers and/or reasonable firepower does the military and police get directly involved. Otherwise, it's up to the government, the clergy, and the intelligence services to track down and suppress dissent and resistance quietly and covertly.

How economically-independent is your nation?: Shinhan is economically self sufficient, requiring no need to import energy, food, or raw minerals into its borders. The Shinha economy is predominantly public, with state-owned enterprises ensuring a majority of Shinhan employment. While state-owned enterprises tend to be inefficient, stockpile inventory (whom there is plenty of it left over) allows employees to take products home, and use in barter. Even if the production and distribution systems falter, they will never truly collapse - price controls will keep the lights illuminated even when hyperinflation rages. In fact, the Shinha Xuan currency is treated more like tokens rather than as wealth, and was shared among friends; many things – housing and transportation among them – were either free or almost free (thanks to the public distribution system, rationing system, and/or price controls).

Just how big or small is your nation?: The capital homeworld of Shinha is on a habitable moon called, Shukyu (雪球) - a planet composed of ice, snow, glaciers, and hilly/mountainous islands of rugged alpine forests. There are terrestrial rings that orbit Shukyu, akin to Saturn and Jupiter, but thinner than either one of them; however, Shukyu's rings pale in comparison to the cold gas giant it orbits. Like Neptune, Shukyu's gas giant has an axis of rotation that spins on its side, with its own rings and other moons orbiting that gas giant vertically rather than horizontally like Jupiter or Saturn. Beyond that, Shinha controls and occupies an entire galaxy located in an extra-dimensional realm called, Arctic Space. (See additional notes for my info)

• (Arctic Space): Arctic Space is a higher dimension of the universe containing no other celestial bodies except black/white holes, blue/white stars, cold gas giants, and habitable moons. In the vacuum of space, arctic space is extraordinarily cold, rendering spacecraft with inadequate structural integrity and improper climate control will accumulate thick - and eventually impenetrable of unintended for too long - layers of ice, and if the protection is inadequate enough, entire vessels with their crew can actually freeze to death. Objects moving through arctic space accumulate a cosmic dust comprising a mixture of snow, ice, and/or solid helium.
  
  The only way in or out of arctic space is through blue wormholes, whom occur very rarely both in or out of arctic space alone. These blue wormholes are tiny and difficult to detect, retaining the shape and size equivalent to baseballs or tennis balls. Once these wormholes are detected, however, it's up to the technology and science of other civilizations to figure out a way to expand and open these blue wormholes ... hopefully being careful enough not to let arctic cosmic dust billow over into dark space.
  
  But perhaps most interesting of all, oxygen is considered as one of the rarest elements in arctic space, and for good reasons. The reason that lifeforms are able to survive both in space and on the surface of habitable moons is primarily due to the lack of oxygen. All lifeforms had to develop a way to survive and live without oxygen, which meant bodily fluids with organic anti-freeze and durable flesh, compounded further by the fact that the only breathable atmospheres in habitable moons being only a dry nitrogen-helium mixture. Otherwise, if oxygen was to be present, lifeforms native to arctic space would suffer painful corrosion/rotting of their flesh. In fact, oxygen is so deadly and corrosive in arctic space, that the dominant species there, the Belyrians, deem it as a chemical weapon.
  
• (Galaxy Size and Celestial Details): The galaxy that Shinha resides is about 1/3 of the size of the Milky Way Galaxy, generally referred to by its inhabitants as, "Shuseiun" (雪星雲). On the surface of habitable moons in arctic space, temperatures range from 8 to -102 degrees Celsius, along with hearty fauna/flora, plus snowy and rocky terrain (alpine and/or tundra); however, volcanic activity is not uncommon, and temperatures can actually get very hot and smoggy during volcanic eruptions. There are breathable atmospheres on these habitable moons, but there is only air (dry nitrogen) and helium in these atmospheres, all of which are completely void of oxygen.
  
• (Species): Shinha is solely inhabited by a race of humanoid beings called, the Belyrians. The Belyrians dwell in arctic/subzero or alpine environments; however, these environments in question lack oxygen, since the Belyrians actually breath a helium-nitrogen mixture, with oxygen otherwise deadly and corrosive to their pale white flesh. The Belyrians are a species with three genders (male, female, and zemale), relatively short (average height range between 158cm to 166cm) and have short lifespans (average Jiang lifespan being 32 to 39 years old). Due to having three genders, they have a two-stage sexual reproduction process, starting the with the male obtaining the genetic material from a zemale, which would subsequently allow the male to reproduce with a female. Both male and female can reproduce without a zemale; however, their subsequent children would only be a zemale gender - male and female children are possible if the males receive genetic material from at least one or more zemales. This odd triple gender reproduction method allows the Belyrians to reproduce with a greater range of chromosomes and genetic information than humans, being able to retain hair and eye colors ranging in all kinds of colors (unlike humans where hair color can only be brown, black, red or blonde, along with the eye colors being only brown, green, blue, amber, gray, or hazel).
  
• (Technologies): Belyrian technologies are unique and original, deriving from no other foreign non-Belyrian sources. Again, structures are made from concrete and steel, with little to basic regard for aesthetics and decorations except for the most basic accommodations. Given the subzero and frigid conditions throughout arctic space, the Belyrians and other organisms have adapted to survive the cold either by developing anti-freeze proteins and acids or put on extra fat/blubber, thus explaining why the Belyrians won't need thick coats or proper heating to survive.
  
  But perhaps their most advanced technology is bioengineering with flesh-bone organisms. Such biotechnology, however, is exclusive only to shipbuilding and aerial vehicles, with subsequent Belyrian bioships primitive both by design and intelligence (partially sentient or completely servile). Belyrian spacecraft are all based off aquatic animals, especially their ships (e.g. Belyrian warships look like whales or dolphins). Plus, Belyrian aerial vehicles are also based off of filter feeding fish or common insects (e.g. dropships look like sunfish, and attack aircraft look like dragonflies).
  
  Even lighting and spaceflight propulsion is completely based on organic technology - bioluminescent lights and organic gravity wells. Combined, the interiors of Belyrian ships and aerial vehicles resemble that of flesh and bone innards, with bones acting as bracing and ribs (plus materials for doors and railing), while flesh is the floors and walls. Like their concrete structures, Belyrian interiors are cramped and functional, with layout being very modular and efficient at the cost of crew comfort.
  
  FTL travel is made possible via wormhole generators; however, they're too big and energy-demanding to be fitted in Belyrian ships. Thus, Shinha star systems are connected together via a complex and tightly-knitted network of space stations with wormhole generators. These wormhole stations are built with organic materials like any other Belyrian ship; however, due to the massive amount of energy needed to create and maintain wormholes, these wormhole stations have a size radius of 100km, and are situated at the edge of star systems both to ensure stable gravitational displacement for wormholes and to keep them hidden from enemy invasions.
  
  Primary ship mounted weapons on Belyrian ships are cannons that take in any stone materials, mixed them with cosmic dust in arctic space, and expel them towards a target as a tiny high speed ball of ice and solid helium. These stone-ice projectiles leave the muzzle so fast that they not only leave a trail behind, but they're fast enough to smash through armor (similar to the damage inflected by an electromagnetic railgun). Given the cryogenic properties of the Belyrian ship cannons, little to no heat damage is inflicted aside from massive kinetic damage.
  
  The only other Belyrian ship/vehicle mounted weapons are cryo-beams. These cryo-beams are the opposite of what normally be defined as a laser; a cryo-beam freeze objects to the point where the object will eventually crack and shatter. Cryo-beams are far more accurate and faster (the beams travel faster than light), but the beams are weaker and are only effective at medium to short ranges.
  
  Beyond biotechnology, Belyrians rely on more traditional technologies, such as, hyperloop/maglev trains, wheeled vehicles, melee weapons (all of them are blunt - batons and staffs), non-lethal weapons (sonic or electric weapons), and fiber/ceramic-based armor. Energy shielding is almost non-existent (except gravitational shields), thus leaving it up to armor plating (slope/angle and/or thickness) to be the default armor protection in both body armor and vehicles. Belyrian ships are an exception to plated armor, since they were instead made of organic material (which can naturally heal from damage).
