Your military personnel count however, as we both know, is at an astonishingly high quantity.

This indeed would have led you to a higher tier in our list, but we did take notice of your "country's" tech level, which is only modern at the moment. As such, there was no chance for us to think that your military is (somehow) comprised of futuristic nanobots, drones (which do exist in a modern world, but we doubt that you possess the money to purchase such things), or anything related, and that your "military", in this case, was your very own immune system, with each "personnel" in said military being your white blood cells. Either the aforementioned thing is your military, or your entire body's worth of cells is your military.

There is, simply put, no possible chance that your 6 trillion military personnel could be something of a high-enough threat to warrant an increase in your nation's power ranking, all due to the technicalities in your power level form.
