"Greetings my dear Kazimir!
I hope the cold isn't as cruel for you today! Today's subject is going to be about mercenaries! Now, I know what you might be thinking. Why on earth is a pacifist like Ambrosia talking about mercenaries? I shall tell you precisely why! My uncle wishes to occasionally participate in mercenary activities and I am disappointed in him.
I was wondering. What's your opinion on mercenaries? Do you use them or do you prefer to depend on your loyal warriors? Do you approve of mercenaries? I have used them on occasion but most of the time, it's this accursed Senate that wants to use them as raiders against most of our rivals! Apparently, our rivals can't blame us and we get to indirectly hurt them in the process. I personally find this to be a predatory act by my own countrymen but I can only do so much. I would love to hear some of your wisdom on this topic, dear Kaz!
Yours sincerely
Ambrosia Von Carstein

¡Hola! My name is Regina Vásquez, and I am a captain of the Policía Nacional (National Police). From what I understand, your citizens can own guns if they have a license. But what is the law for having guns in a car?
It is required to have a carry license to bring your gun to a public place, but not required for guns in your car. Because citizens have the right to defend their homes, and a car is protected by law like a part of a home. So if someone tries to force entry to your car, you can shoot him just like if he is breaking into your house. However, any gun larger than a pistol must be unloaded while you are inside city limits. This is a very new law—there used to be no restrictions for driving with any type of gun. But someone was killed when a loaded gun was set off by a speed bump, so the government made rules to reduce the risk for passengers and bystanders.

Now, say a citizen of your nation takes a tourist trip to Bigtopia with the explicit and sole intend of partaking in those particular actions.
What would your official response to that be in terms of legal consequences?

If so, I would recommend that you watch the Death of Stalin. Its a funny movie about the political crisis in the Soviet Government at that time. I laughted my butt off while I was watching it.

Attention!
Due to several waves of disturbance, the communication line between Gaia XT-000 [Our Planet] and the rest of the Multiverse had been severed for over a month. This caused the information from our nation or any nation in our world to stop updating itself for the entire duration of the disturbance. We apologize for the extreme inconvenience and promise to return the signal to normal frequency as soon as possible.
All Multiversal activities involving our nation will continue as usual(?)
High Regards,
