This is a message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
I, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, am pleased to announce that Viksberg has finally opened an embassy program in order to improve our relations with foreign nations.

The United Workers' Republics of Viksberg is a Communist federation located in Northern Europe, led by President Niko Suominen. We have a population of 37 million people. We are known for our guns, income equality and our beautiful weather and environment. Our official languages are Finnish, Swedish and Russian, but Danish, Norwegian and Estonian are widely spoken as well.

We will accept embassies from any nations, unless they're fascist.

Embassies will be located in our major cities:

Our nation's laws apply to the ambassador, if they leave the embassy territory.
