The Cavian Embassy Program is an attempt to establish diplomatic relations between other nations in the world. Our mission is simple- to befriend many, if not all nations in the world, to develop diplomatic ties and cultural exchanges between government and citizens alike, to make for a better, more united world.

This decision has been carefully considered beforehand by the Council of State of Hindia Belanda and made on the basis of mutual respect for each other's undisputed sovereignty, territorial integrity as well as non-interference in the internal affairs of one another. It greatly pleases me, therefore, to confirm the establishment of an Embassy in The Cavian State and to invite your government in doing likewise in our country, in order to better support our mutual endeavour in building and strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation between our two sovereign countries and their peoples.
