Currently, the main deliverer of mail is the Northern Seleucia Postal Service, a part of the Northern Seleucian government, run by the Postmaster General. However, when it comes to package delivery, Northern Seleucia has contracts with Amazon, FedEx, UPS, and other, smaller companies such as Speedy's, MailTime, and Galactic Services provide deliveries. The intense competition makes it so that deliveries are done cheaply, fast, and safely.

yes. it is considered a public utility. more so even then public roadways. often it is operated by the same narrow gauge railway tribes which are sometimes the only physical surface connection between the tiny villages that dot the land and that the majority of our population live in. national government will step in and provide this service where it is otherwise unreliable or nonexistent. falls under the category of essential infrastructure.
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.

Is there one or several? There is a single national postal service, the aptly named Terrapacisian Post.

What transport do they use? Terrapacisian Post utilizes trucks, aircraft, and ships for the transportation of mail.

Who owns them? Terrapacisian Post is owned by the federal government and has been since its creation in 1963. Prior to its creation, each of the six provinces had their own provincial postal services which cooperated with each other. The National Assembly voted to delegate control and authority of the mail service within Terrapacis to the federal government in order to simplify operations by having a single standardized carrier.

The Bangsamoro Post is the state-owned enterprise that provides postal service in the Bangsamoro People's Republic. It falls under the oversight and administration of the State Bureau of Post, an agency of the Ministry of Transport. Bangsamoro Post holds a legal monopoly on all domestic mail, and uses trucks, vans, boats, and motorcycles to transport post; private and international logistics firms may only ply their trades in the BPR as carriers for international mail, subject to inspection by the State Office of Customs.
