What is your reasoning behind claiming this land?: From my understanding, Emerian lands are now up for sale, since Raff currently has taken the Benelux which was under Emerian control. Also I wish to have a form of relevance on the map, instead of being "those two islands", and finally so I can have a much easier to form cultural identity, since i've been struggling to do so with the lands I currently own.

As for the land in Morocco, its the closest I can get to the old Spanish holdings in the region at the Empires height.

Further notes:

*Due to Hyggemata's withdrawal from the region, Ephyra's borders have been re-adjusted after some negotiations with him. He has lost Hungary, but gotten Serbia (and Kosovo), along with what remains of Georgia in exchange. With this in mind, all terrain calculations should be easier now for him, and his borders look less messy as they were when he had Hungary. While there is some space left in the Balkan region which can be claimed to make a mid-sized European state.

The reason why I am claiming those lands is because those territories were historically part of the British Empire(Protectorate of Iraq). So after WWII, or other region-specific European war, Nordcastle invited the workers from those countries to rebuild the country and thus fostering good relations between the people
