The Htperran people have occupied this land for many centuries. Many different races, kingdoms, and cultures have attempted to conquer Hyperra but none prevailed. I wasn’t looking at the map, and noticed that Versail has dominion over the whole of Afghanistan (I assume he has taken that land from Nordamy, who has left the region).

Could I just point out, that before Nordamy left, we agreed to divide Afghanistan, and also it is written into my nations history that I control the Afghan regions of Kandahar, Helmand, Nimruz, Farah and Herat.

What is your reasoning behind claiming this land?: To create an RP event where a Yemen-Oman terrorist group succeeded in blowing up a canal lock (I am willing to suggestions on an alternative attack) so this prompted Khumieres to declare war on the terrorist group after the group announced it was them who blew up the lock. The end result of the war will be Yemen and Oman becoming the Khumierian Arab State under the jurisdiction of the Khumierian military.
