After re counting the preliminary election results and verifying them with the eligible voters list, we found out we actually had 306 605 less eligible voters than we thought.

The national electoral commission Cen decided to annul two election results in the first round, one in Centro Habana, and the other in Habana Vieja, La Habana Cuba City Province, and add a new delegate seat in the second round due to circumstances that required it, a new election with new candidates were held to elect the two municipal delegates seats during the second round.

A total of 12 516 municipal delegates have been elected for the people, Fidel, Raúl and the revolution.
