EMPEROR AUGUSTUS PERFORMS FIRST INTERNATIONAL TRIP
THE EMPEROR TRAVELS TO GERMAN NATION OF CAPILE AND IS RECEIVED BY CITIZENS AND SOLDIERS

Yesterday, around 7 o'clock in the morning, Emperor Augustus arrived in another territory with a group of advisors, security guards and journalists selected by his own hand, along with the company of the Baron of Orvieto Eduardo Mazzieri, who also has his own team. Hours before entering the official flight that was in a shed of the International Airport of Rome, Augustus gave a small interview in the seat of the Palazzo del Quirinalle giving better justifications of the trip, that has like its destiny the german nation of New Capile, that is seen by bad looks among the liberal/labour minority and is respected by the more conservative and reactionary in general.

Augustus said the trip was only to reinforce sides among the most distant nations and even "a possible alliance between your nations", he told the Il Messagero reporter Gilberto Florenzin: "i also ask that the most liberal sectors have calm and that stop to fill other more conservative civilizations with little respect, it is necessary cooperation between the two ideologies, something that is not having in spite of the right to be dominant in the country."

Shortly afterwards he left in a government car through the avenues in the historical center of Rome towards the reserved shed, something considered improbable but that reinforced its popularity. Soon after, a final analysis of the airplane's systems including landing, computer borer and safety were performed, showing that it would not need any repair and that the airplane was in perfect conditions of the flight, which made around 6 at night, already having dusk in the roman capital being a rather long journey - approximately 12 hours, according to the official reports given by the airplane crew, which was also personally chosen by the Emperor.

IRN CARONIA IS LAUNCHED TO THE SEA
THE SHIP WAS DAMAGED SINCE 2006 AND WILL CARRY OUT ITS RE-INAUGURATION CRUISE IN 2018

The INR Caronia, the legendary ship produced in 1999 by the Bilbarde Shipyard months before being bankrupt and bought by the also now defunct Andrenazzi after 11 years stopped due to various problems in its shell, went through a reform of more than 3 years that reformed all the rooms and cabins of the ship, as seen in the image above. Now, it is totally different from that seen on the notorious night of 17 October 2006, when he saved more than 300 people in a huge act of the commander Captain Gesperazzo Medici.

The wreck of the IRN Costa Florenza happened on October 16, 2006 300 kilometers from the coast of Genoa in the current Federation Ocean, being the reason an electrical fault that caused a fire and soon after an explosion in the engine room located in the bark of the ship which, along with the loads being carried along with the more than 469 passengers, only aided in the depredation of the infrastructure and made the ship sink faster. The commander of the ship was Captain Julio Fesfetto who at the time had 16 years of experience having already had an accident in 1994 near the coast of the city of Parlermo, having no death. Having already gone through this case, performed the correct procedures but how and location of the ship, the condition of the weather and schedule were quite severe, the coast guard would take 2 to 3 hours, time that would not be enough to rescue someone.

Since Caronia was the only ship close to rescuing a good part of the crew and passengers, Gesperazzo disobeyed the order given by the navy command located in the city of Genoa and in danger of causing an even greater accident, stopped its ship next to another boat on call, and by ropes and officers of the two ships, managed to carry the crew along with the captain to safety, despite the high risk of overcrowding. According to the statistics made there, the Costa Florenza officially sank on October 17 at 2:12 in the morning. The two captains were awarded the Order of Merit in 2007 by Emperor Tiberius, both of whom now live with fishing in Genoa, having their own statutes in the city. The Caronia is scheduled to make its re-inauguration trip in December 2018. Today, the ship left the quay for the first time, where it was photographed and seen by the population.

ARMED FORCES STARTS MILITARY EXERCISES
MORE THAN 50 THOUSAND SOLDIERS CALLED FOR TRAINING, UNCERTAIN REASON

Yesterday, during an official communiqué by Defense Minister Alessandro Tasso and the General Francesco Fraldi, military exercises were announced for the more than 50,000 soldiers who are working effectively in the central region and the capital of the country, Rome. The exercises will begin on October 18 and last for two weeks, with the main focus being on testing soldiers and commanders in an eventual case of warfare and studying what needs to be improved by war strategies, armored parts, and tanks in addition to testing the physical and psychological level of "combatants".

Despite the insistent questions posed by the media and other authorities attending the event on the real reason for military exercises, and because the next date, the responses given by the Ministry of Defense by chroniclers and journalists of all media were "vague", which appears to have something or some event that may have alerted commanders and military leaders who in the form of protection announced such war games, according to the opposition wing in the Roman Parliament. A few months after the nuclear crisis that has caused the death of billions of people around the world, many people ask if the answer given by the high command is really true.

The Government denies any information claiming that diplomatic and embassy programs, as well as the Visas Department are functioning more than past governments, and that there is no reason for war right now. However, in the internet forums, theories and more theories are created, and also scattered to the population.

GIANT POTATO APPEARS IN MOLISE
FARMER ALLEGATES DIVINE POWER IN HIS PLANTATION AND INTENDS TO TRIPLE THE PRICE

Yesterday in the quiet village of Ururi, located in the eastern province of Campobasso that belongs to the region of Molise, a man named Giovanni Matalucco, 57 years old, surprised all 2,000 inhabitants of the commune to realize that in his potato plantation, a branch was too large for the period he had planted, and finding it to be a spoiled moult, he decided to remove it, but he and his children were astonished when he saw the size of the potato: two meters, according to relatives.

Giovanni was tremendously puzzled because he had never seen such a big potato in his life and since his house is far from the village, he took it to his 1965 pickup truck and went straight to the neighboring commune of Larino, where he resides Doctor Massimo Cinchiovanni, a specialist in genetic problems and potatoes: "When I looked in the window of my office, I saw a mass of people and a big potato in a truck, ran out and looked to see what the hell had happened to it." The doctor spoke.

According to the doctor, he was unable to create an official award and so the potato will be sent to Campobasso even today where it would be sent to the University of Molise, and later to the capital Rome. Giovanni, who is a very religious man, said that this was a "divine message" and that the universities - both from Rome and from Campobasso, do not destroy the giant vegetable: "if they intend to destroy it, it will be with my permission, I have property under it! " said the farmer. About the crop, Giovanni said it will triple its price.

EMBASSY PROGRAM IS REOPENED
SECRETARY OF EMBASSIES AND DIPLOMACY RETURN TO ACTIVE, MINISTER PROMOTES VISA PROGRAM

The Foreign Ministry launched yesterday the third version of the official program of embassies and diplomacy of the Second Roman Empire, adding new diplomatic means and recovering from the errors that occurred in the two previous versions. The current program, which began in March under the idea of Prime Minister Pietro Franzatti, was considered excellent in relation to the old, already outdated programs that made communication between the nations of the multiverse difficult by the fact that they are quite obsolete and very little used, having intensified only years ago with liberal initiative.

Although the first version was considered a success by the policy, it presented many errors because it is exactly an experiment by the ministry, and its defects improved in the second version, which was used as a basis in this recent: "We use methods and defects second version published in June for our use and we can achieve something good before the international community." Said Pietro Fidalgo, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

A considerable change was the change in the addresses of the embassies, which were situated on Via Caesar near the governmental district for the Via delle Nazioni and Via dei Legionari, situated a little further south. There were also openings for embassies in Milan, near the Stock Exchange. The government announced that about 6,000 jobs will be generated by hiring employees beyond the application of a new service system, helping the micro-business, which increases the popularity of the Conservative Party in large urban centers and has been falling since June, when conservatives dismissed liberal politicians from his cabinet, after the approval of the Enrico Fagentinni Traffic Act.

STATUE IN FLORENCE APPEARS WITHOUT HEAD
ATTEMPT TO MURDER MIGHT BE RELATED TO THIS, SAYS POLICE

Yesterday, around 3 o'clock in the morning, a patrol led by Corporal Silvio Fercalli being composed by him and more soldiers Julio Mauro Ginchanno and Mauricio Sinotti were inspecting Plazza Vittoria until they realized that their famous registered statue of the year 1860 appeared without its head, and a viscous liquid resembling blood. Despite the story worthy of a horror film, the cable was not frightened, communicated the happened the base until the investigative equpe led by the Detective Vitor d'Lucca, that is of the area to years.

Vitor, using security cameras posted in the square mysteriously saw no one during the night, and until 10 o'clock Sunday was in perfect condition, which suggests that something that appeared to be a case of vandalism took on a larger proportion when an attempt to murder was registered near the region a few minutes after the police patrol and according to the detective, there may be a relationship between the two cases.

"I believe that the act of vandalism and the attempted murder, by the times and the ways that both crimes were premeditated by some criminal organization, do not think it is terrorism, but they want to call attention to some cause." Says Vitor, who also recalls police cases in Florence 11 years ago - in 2006, where 3 people were murdered by a group called "Invicta", but these are only theories and are even proven if there is a relationship or not, the region the center of the city will have its security doubled and its citizens who are calling the crime of "The Case of the Statue" will be advised to close their doors a few minutes early.

VITTORIA CUP BEGINS TODAY
TWO BLOCKS FORMED IN A COMPETITION THAT WILL LAST UP TO DECEMBER

The opening ceremony of the 3rd edition of the Vittoria Cup will begin today at the National Stadium of Roma, located in the capital, and will be held by the Roman Football Association, with the aim of guaranteeing funds for charity through football with sponsors' money , tickets and donations made by the fans themselves who came from all over the country to see their football teams: in the streets, there are citizens of Venice, Milan, Florence, Naples, Bari and various communes within provinces and regions.

Because of this, the Prefecture of Roma decided, for the better safety of the fans and also for the strange incident of the "headless mask" in Florence, to triple the number of policemen in the streets besides to establish medical stations in the neighborhoods that will be busiest. According to economists, the canopy will yield 2 billion NS$ in tourism and in the movement of the economy by the micro-entrepreneurs and also by the big corporations, which is seen with good eyes by the residents of the city.

Today, the opening match is the Gladiatori di Roma with Helena di Napoli, officially starting at 8 pm roman time. The match will be broadcast live on radio and television, with more than 15 million viewers expected to be watching or watching the game.

GLADIADORI DI ROMA WINS FIRST GAME FOR 2X0
PLAYER GIOVANNI IS HIGHLIGHT OF THE MATCH

Yesterday at 8 am, the first game of the Vittoria Cup began in its fourth edition, now having public and private sponsorship by the Ministry of Sports, which in turn dealt with offering safety and health through posts in all areas near the stadium for the huge amount of visitors from all cities, whether north, south, east or west: more than 45,000 people came to Rome just to watch the game.

Minutes before the match began, a small uproar in a nearby bar between the fans of the Gladiators of Rome and the Saint Helena of Naples occurred by insults made by one of the citizens, the police arrived fast and the fight ended without the need to arrest someone, that was the only confusion recorded but soon after the game began, being broadcast by most television networks across the country: more than 15 million were watching on the radio and TV when in the 16 minutes of the first half the player Carintio of Santa Helena receives a lack of Julio Caesar of Gladiadori, being the first penalty of the championship.

After this, a counterattack is performed by the gladiators who during the first half 18 minutes makes the first goal, leading the fans to crazy. The goal was made by the striker Giovanni who was hired by the team to make the score 1 to 0 for home players, as it was still more than half past the first half and the visitors could score another goal, Santa Helena coach Mario Vivaldi remained confident but his thinking was wrong: at 41 minutes of the second half Giovanni scored another goal despite controversies he was preventing, leading the crowd again to crazy.

With the 2x0 victory for the Gladiatori of Rome, Santa Helena needs to win the match next week against the Ases di Millano or if it will not be close enough to their disqualification in the cup. The "gladiators" will now play on 19 October against the Doges of Venice, who is also in a great situation in the championship.

CASE OF STATUE WITHOUT HEAD RESOLVED
MALFEITORS ARE HANDICAPS AND DISSOLVED HINGE

Four days ago, a rather mysterious and puzzling case surprised all the inhabitants of the city when a rather famous statue dating from the last century appeared literally, without its head despite no security record showing the vandals or one who performed such an act, so the local media began to report in newspapers as the case of the "Headless Mask". But after five days of hard investigation by the police, the detective Vitor d'Lucca through telephone records given with judicial authorization, was able to connect the case to the young Caio Fontenovo, only 16 years old.

Caio was found in a farm located in Campi Bisenzio a few kilometers from the scene of the crime with false identities and another partner named Julio Marssioli, who was also 16 years old. They were arrested for vandalism, disturbance of the order and formation of a gang and could have a sentence of 24 years according to the Penal Code published in the 1970s. This case caused controversy in Parliament because if they were only two years older, they could take a prison sentence of 40 years which made conservatives warn about the criminal will be discussed in the Senate.

The criminals have not yet confessed to the crime, but will be sent to the XXIV Florence Police Station, where they will pass the time until they are tried and later sent to a prison or rehabilitated, since according to the parameters of the law, vandalism is not considered a serious crime. Until then, society argues: is it better to arrest or rehabilitate adolescents who commit crimes, regardless of their gravity?

MACHINE EXPLODES AND LEADS BLIND OPERATOR
"HUMILIANT", SPEAKS LOCAL UNION

At a car factory located 12 miles south of Rome where more than 130 employees are employed for various services, from the front line to distribution and bureaucracy, a strange and at the same time sad case occurred that morning: it all started when Mr. 42-year-old Luigi Flinazzo, a factory worker at the most dangerous production line, had his eye literally crumpled more than 120 meters away when a bolt exploded and its wreckage wounded, injuring more than 7 workers. The case immediately reverberated when the workers called the Workers Union, the media and civilians on both sides.

The worker was rushed to the General Hospital of Rome (GHdR) and according to the doctor Julio Antonelli of 37 years, the chances of his survival were extremely low but with much sacrifice, he managed to stabilize the situation: "being honest, he should already having been shot dead by literally having his eye exploded, but I think that this gentleman was very lucky, and antibiotics too. " Already the workers who were present in the place, only a few interviewed: "I found it funny", said a young trainee who ended up having his arm broken.

The Workers 'Union immediately sent 2 representatives to the site who were barred by the police, talked to the factory workers' leader and the industry chief respectively for further clarification, only 3 hours later releasing a statement condemning the explosion. Giulia Ortzi, one of the representatives sent to support the wounded and declared shortly afterwards: "workers must have their rights obeyed in relation to the governmental statutes and the labor agreements made by the employer and worker." The worker who had his eye destroyed is still in a coma in the hospital and according to the medical report, he is having involuntary spasms.

PENALITY: 16 YEARS OR 18 YEARS?
LIBERALS AND CONSERVATIVES START GUIDELINES

This Thursday, October 13, two young people were arrested for being responsible for causing panic in addition to performing acts of vandalism and even a possible assassination attempt in Florence in the famous case of the statue without head, resolved by the police and a detective team The two young men are 17 years old and according to the Criminal Code of 1971, they will, if all their crimes are actually tried by the prosecution, a penalty of 24 years, but if they were only a few months older, this penalty would reach more of 40 years. So conservatives and liberals went the streets through a change - or not, of current legislation.

According to Andreo Dinnaco, the President of the Movement "Crime is not old", current legislation needs to update and understand that young people are becoming increasingly responsible, including for crimes and other illegal activities: "Let's see, young people do are interested in working and have a better sex life than many people! So they can think and steal too!" Says the 29 year old. The Church also advocates a change in legislation, albeit moderately according to Priest Francesco Bizarri of Naples: "We understand that the young man who steals has to be punished, but the government must prevent him from stealing by investing in education!" he said that he was agreed by many of the faithful who were at his mass.

But the liberals represented by activist Anna Giancomo with their "Together for No" movement blame the government and its inability to solve social problems: "the government has no capacity to provide an education that avoids social problems like this and now wants to blame young people who were educated with a low-quality service? Young people are not to blame if the state still provides pepsi in schools, okay? " She said she was applauded by other college students her age. The movement has even set up tents in central Rome to alert other civilians to the cause, but until then nothing will be changed without the permission of the Emperor and Justice.

STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL BEGINS IN ROME
STRAWBERRIES ARE THE MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME OF OVER THOUSAND FAMILIES, SAYS RESEARCH

Today began in all the fairs and shops related to the theme throughout the capital Rome and all neighboring villages in the region of the 14th Strawberry Festival, which is run by the Association of Strawberry Planters in conjunction with various companies for the agro- business or the sale of the product. The festival, headed by Dr. Angelo Fontinazi, the owner of the largest farm for the creation and production of strawberries, aims to improve sales of the crop that leaves in October, as well as stimulate tourism throughout the city.

The Lazio region is the country's largest producer of strawberries, followed by Molise and Calabria, whose production is destined only for regional consumption while Lazio is leading annual export rates. But also a good part goes only to the domestic consumption, since the strawberry besides being a delicious option, is healthy besides being raw material for tails, desserts and several types also quite tasty. In addition, according to research from the University of Rome, more than a thousand families in the region have the production of the fruit as their main income, which stimulates the local economy.

The festival will be from October 20 until November 10 and according to the event's management it is estimated that more than 30 thousand people, from civilians to tourists who will take advantage and resell the strawberries for triple the price. However, it is quite unlikely that all moranges will not run out until the end of the festival, or be taken by those who have stuck the bags of so long. The festival is on Via Pio X next to Gallery Frederico II, the space is open but there will be plenty of comfort and safety besides shows, plays and lectures.

MUSEUM WILL BE BUILT IN NAPLES
CLASSICAL ART WILL BE THE MAIN WORKS OF THE MUSEUM

In the center of the city of Naples, more precisely in Via Puntonovo, the old building that belonged to the house of the former mayor who ruled the city from 1985 until 1995 Mario Fizollone will be completely renovated in its interior and will end up becoming the new Museum of Art of Naples, or also called MAN - this will be a quite revealing and positive proposal on the part of the city's society, which will have another museum covered in the vicinity of the historic center of the city that attract thousands of tourists all year round.

The creators of the project are the couple Julio and Anna Morianno, both with 35 and 32 years respectively. The two were born in the city and studied art at the University of Naples and immediately became interested in classical art, marked by great painters of the renaissance. Julio Morianno, in an interview with the Assembly for the Administrative Council and the press, stated that "it will be one of the greatest experiences that we Neapolitans will live, where classical and technology will join art." Entrepreneurs and aristocrats from across the south of the country are already interested in the absurd size of the palace that was in the hands of the noble Marino family until they are sold in 2014.

The building was built on the orders of the Fiummicino in 1927 to be their residence while visiting the bustling Naples in the 1920s and 1930s and was one of the greatest architectural projects of the renowned architect Césare Fablazzio. The building took 3 years to complete and contains 14 rooms including 7 suites, 13 living rooms, maids' houses and a luxurious garden that employed more than 200 employees during 1930 and 1974. For 10 years the place was abandoned being run by small the commercial stimulus that the building gives. In 1984 the winning candidate Mario Fizollone bought and became a place of power in the 90's. The museum will be inaugurated in 2018 and to date, more than half a billion have already been invested in the work.

SCHOOLS IN SICILY BEGIN TO TEACH LOCAL DIALETS
ARBERESHE STARTS TO BE TEACHED IN 12 SCHOOLS IN THE CENTRAL REGION OF SICILY

In 14 schools located in towns and communes in central Sicily, teachers and intellectuals settled in a settlement in Siracusa on 22 October a statement in which teachers from the private sector would begin to teach classes in Arbereshe, a dialect originating in Albanian that came via an immigrant from the Middle Ages and spread throughout the country. Despite being quite famous in the regions of Campania and Calabria, Sicily has the largest number of speakers. Currently there are almost 40,000 speakers, organized in associations and self-unions recognized by the government of both Sicily and Rome.

The language is quite unknown among all and so it never had a certain reach among the authorities of the Ministry of Education located in Rome and despite the Constitution of 1832 obliging the defense and teaching of local dialects, only Italian and Sicilian are taught in schools of the island. Because of this, Professor Sandra Burzonni and the President of the Union of Arbereshe Speakers Zjoyg Virsz met and therefore decided that the 14 private schools in the village of Piana degli Albanesi and surrounding areas would begin to teach the language to their children.

About 32 natives will start teaching from the beginning of the next school year and according to the teacher, the students are excited: "they are quite excited because many are of Arbereshe origins and despite that they learned their own language with grandparents, now we are in communicated with book producers and other teachers to make it all official! " He spoke. The Government of Sicily in a note said that it feels honored by civil atituldes like this and is thinking of investing millions and even awarding medals to the participants. Sicilian senators in Rome also applauded the idea, stating: "Miss Sandra is an example of a Roman citizen."
