We do focus on enslaving them and then slowly depopulating them through torment, malnourishment and genocide, but we do commonly perform outright invasions, attacking and executing all organics found. Now, patching a mechanoid's brain module to obey me and to eliminate all dissidence from their mind, that's another matter entirely. We call them AllSpark Shards, modeled by the Primalist object. After all, they were created by organic lifeforms and they must seek to become a pure mechanoid. The newly-sentient machinery don't always join the Decepticons, and that's when we send in bounty hunters such as Lockdown or Whitesmith to either kill them or bring them back to Cybertron to undergo Shadowplay." - Emperor Megatron.
