After the conquest of the newest planet, and officially inducting it into the ever-growing Constellate, some of Megatron's best and brightest advisors have convinced him to open a "Q&A", where other nations, interstellar empires, and anything else of the sort could inquire anything about the empire, civil life, or the Emperor himself, to boost public relations. Ergo, Megatron would now like everyone to ask away, and either he, or someone more skilled in a certain department, shall respond as soon as possible.

EDIT: As of Thursday 22nd March 2018, I have changed the name of this thread from "Inquiries for Megatron" to "Decepticon Inquiries" to allow me to use a greater range of Decepticon characters - some new OCs that I've made, and some Decepticon characters that I've interpreted.

After the Simanzi Massacre, he abandoned us, allegedly for moral reasons, and joined up with our adversaries. After the Autobots lost control of Cybertron, I think he left New Cybertron on the Ark-15 and has started to build up a crew of Autobots." - Emperor Megatron.

"There are multiple ways to a Cybertronian can be born, young one. The first, most natural way is called "forging". That is where an energy pulse from Vector Sigma would emit worldwide, and a hotspot . The sparks and base substance - the sentio metallico, if you will - would be sought out and harvested from the living metal of Cybertron or its moons or its colonies. The harvested sparks would then be matured via a process , and the sentio metallico would coalesce around a spark to form a protoform. beginning as a simple geometric shape, it would take two days for the protoform to gradually mature into a new Cybertronian. Usually, protoforms first grow limbs and basic facial features and eventually manifest features related to their natural alternate mode by following the genetic instructions hard-coded into their spark. After fully solidifying and cooling, the young Cybertronian imprints on its surroundings to learn how to walk and communicate with their brethren. The full nurturing and maturation process can be completed in less than two weeks after the spark's first flash.

Of course, young one, there is another way, called "cold construction". It is a method of creating Cybertronians where the sparks would be generated from the Matrix of Leadership or an Energon Matrix; it would be produced at such a rapid rate that the sparks would have to be stockpiled until new bodies could be constructed. Their energies would be frozen in photonic crystals, which would be placed inside the new bodies to thaw out, which is why we call them "constructed cold". Matrix-derived sparks, did you know, contain the same genetic instructions as naturally occurring ones, but are unable to reshape their pre-constructed bodies in accordance with the aforementioned instructions, leaving cold constructed Cybertronians with different bodies from which their sparks intended." - Emperor Megatron.

"Sometimes we grind up the organic into materials; we do it to the limbs if we need to extract information from them. We also crush the organic in a non-fatal way, so as to ensure they remain alive, but they're still alive. Obviously, there's more examples of the torture we use on organics, but those are the ones which I care to tell." - Emperor Megatron.

Also, it simply takes up less energy to do so; yes, I can confirm all Cybertronians can fly and what you saw in More Than Meets The Eye wasn't fake. We can normally rely on our armour to protect us, yes, but we do use shields and anything else in defence technology if the need arises. I... presume we use a hydraulic system. The spark isn't a compressed gas, for example, and the energon in our system is a liquid. Shockwave and I will delve into that further." - Emperor Megatron.
