This nation does reflect my IRL views unless something is more interesting to differ from what I believe otherwise. For example, Welskerland is a constitutional monarchy, while I prefer a republic IRL.

^ Have that.

How is English viewed in your nation? On our planet it is called Britannic, and it is primarily associated with the largest speaker of the language, the Federated States of California (America, essentially).
- Is it legal to speak English? Yes, of course.
- Is it the national language? No, Lunar (Spanish) is.
Is it a/the official language? No, the only co-official language is Cristobellan (Portuguese)

Are there any other official or national languages commonly spoken aside from English?
-How many people speak it as a native language? Around two million of our population of eleven million speak Britannic as their native language, a sizable minority.
-If it is not widely spoken, is it commonly taught as a second language? Despite it's association with the FSC, our defender and closest ally/cultural influence (and vice-versa), the language is not widely taught in Costa Luna, and many Lunars do not speak it, aside from a few slang phrases or loan words but these are sparse. It is primarily a language of Californian military personnel in Costa Luna and their dependents and Lunar communities close to their bases.

-How is English viewed in your nation?: Not only is it a "lingua franca," the world's universal language, but it's the native language of most Exodians and their native country. It's also the language of the Kekistani people, who helped found Exodia.
-Is it legal to speak English?: Is this a communist dictatorship? Is this a radical Islamic terrorist group? Of course it's perfectly legal to speak English. It's perfectly legal to speak any language.

-Is it the national language?: No, Exodia actually does not officially have a national language. Exodians speak English, but Brazilian, Russian and East Asian minorities that also are ethnic Exodians will normally speak their respective languages to friends.
-Is it an/the official language?: Absolutely. Everyone in Exodia uses it as a universal language.

-Are there any other official or national languages commonly spoken aside from English?: Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), and sometimes Russian. Governor Shang himself is half Filipino and will speak Tagalog to those who know it, and the country's national anthem is in German. It's a little hard for one's mind to wrap around.
-How many people speak it as a native language?: Around 86% of the population speaks it as a native language. The rest have been taught English in their childhood, and speak it fluently.
-If it is not that widely spoken, is it commonly taught as a second language?: N/A

-How is English viewed in your nation? Germanic languages in general and English in particular are viewed very negatively in Kiravia. This is attributable to the depredations that the Cromwelutes, an Anglo-Frisian people, visited upon our nation early in its history, as well as English's status as the lingua franca of Western international culture, which many Kiravians are hostile towards. Our immigration and naturalisation policies discriminate against people from English-speaking backgrounds.
-Is it legal to speak English? It is.
-Is it the national language? It is not.
-Is it a/the official language? There would be riots if it were.
-Are there any other official or national languages commonly spoken aside from English? There are hundreds of non-English languages spoken in the Federacy.
-How many people speak it as a native language? Around 12,000 Kiravian citizens, mostly naturalised immigrants from English-speaking parts of Urcea. A larger number of foreign expatriates likely speak English as a native language.
-If it is not that widely spoken, is it commonly taught as a second language? It is the fourth most commonly taught foreign language, behind Modern Ixnay Latin, Ábciwidar, and Azikorian.
