Dear Principality of Unified Variotan State,

As per your requests, your embassy will be a fairly sized, 3-storey building. it will have a flat roof and roof access to ease further expansion if necessary.

In terms of helicopters, our government is currently changing out some of our fleet. if interested, your country could purchase one for a fair price. It would be a bit older but in good condition. we could easily give it a new livery to match your government's needs. feel free to contact us for more information.

Dear Confederal Alliance of Pilarcraft,

Your application to establish an embassy within our borders has been reviewed and placed ON HOLD.
Our decision to do this was based on the following observations:

1) No listed Ground Transport: Ground Transport will be necessary for your Ambassador and staff to attend most diplomatic meetings and events. Most of the city is not suited for Landing of air vehicles, and we fear that public transit may be unsafe for important officials.
2) Concerns about weaponry: In your application, you have listed very large counts of weaponry despite having only a moderately sized security presence. In our application guidelines, we clearly state that weapons should be limited to one of each weapon per security staffer + up to 1 small weapon for your Ambassador.
3) Concerns about choice of air vehicles: after intense research, we have concluded that the SAG-T is unfit for Embassy Transport. Firstly, while exact specifications were not found, we believe that the SAG-T will be too large. there is a limited amount of space supplied to each embassy, and we believe that the presence of two these vessels would exceed this space. Secondly, We believe that this vehicle may violate urban noise laws. Our experience with dual-rotor helicopters has shown that they are exceptionally loud. Embassies are built in a populated urban area. Urban noise laws prevent the operation of certain equipment within a certain proximity of homes and businesses, and large helicopters are on that list. Finally, based on our research, the SAG-T appears to be well armed and is also typically operated with two gunners. we clearly state that armed vehicles are strictly prohibited for embassy use.

We ask that the following is done to amend your application:
1) Include the mention of at least one ground vehicle.
2) amend the quantity of weaponry to meet our guidelines. You may leave the long-barrel firearms as they are.
3) Modify your choice of air vehicles, assuring that: noise at 30m does not exceed 100 Db; the aircraft can easily fit into a 20m² area; the aircraft is unarmed.

Dear Mr. Howard Croft,

Your Observations have been noted. We apologize for the possible affront to your nation. The Reason for our high number of weapons is the Pilartic Culture that has long since revered self-defense of all forms. If that is necessary, we will reduce our weapons number to the 8 L-21 Long-barrel Firearms, as you have proposed.

On the Ground Vehicles, Pilarcraft does not have an industry for Ground Vehicles, and travelling is majorly done via Airships. the 2 SAG-Ts, as they are diplomatic vehicles as opposed to military, will be defanged before arrival, their weaponry will be removed, and they are wont not to make any noise louder than the average Ground-vehicle might.
That Said, a number of 6 Bentley Continental GT have been purchased, and await to receive a diplomatic plating.

With regards to weaponry and security, you may have misinterpreted our instructions: your staff may have the 8 L-21s as well as up to 8 of each of the other weapons you listed.
