Executive
In accordance with the Union Papers, a President is the head of the Executive Branch,
he or she takes office as the Head of State and Government, as well. Additionally,
the Union papers describe the jobs of the Secretaries of the Executive Cabinet as
the supervising officer in charge of that office under that President making up
his Administration.
Legislative
Originally called Parliament and having only one house, the name
was changed in 1736 and another house was created, the House of Commons.
Now, the Senate and the House of Commons compose the Congress of Emerstari.
While the Senate has 42 members, the House of Commons has 197 members.
Judicial
The Superior Court is the highest court in the nation of
Emerstari, it is also the head of the Judicial Branch. Consisting of six Justices
and a Chief Justice, the court rules upon whether new laws are Constitutional
or not. They also preside over cases brought to a national level.

After a Peace Conference in Lonoc, Tribes Republic, it was agreed that as a punishment for the United Federated Kingdom of Spookistam's war crimes as well as to repay their debt to the NFRE that they must give land to them. Resulting in Emerstari gaining the Spookistamian Provinces of Nivijegdna and Furhowt. Together they are organized as New Spookistam, furthermore into two provinces.

Most of Emerstari has a temperate climate since it is located
in the Northern Hemisphere, though some areas including the
southwest and northwest have different climates. The majority
of Emerstari is mostly grasslands and forests beside the cities,
the northeast is filled with lakes and the southeast is dominated
by hills and rich farmland. The southwest is mostly grasslands
except for three deserts, the only deserts in Emerstari are actually these
three include the Varen Desert, the Laren Desert and the Orre` Desert.
On the other hand, the northwest has an extremely small area about
109 acres large in between two mountains that have an Arctic Climate.
This area is called the Hartford Valley.

The Emerstarian Royal Military
The first Official Military of Emerstari was the Royal Army of Coronet, which was formed in 934 AD (CE) by Duke Nathaniel Caneri. Later by the early 1,000s small armies for Dukes, and Lords, and their cities were springing up everywhere such as The Royal Army of Emersville. Later Duke Nathaniel's Great Grandson Duke Eric I created the Kingdoms of Emerstari, and then the Armies formed one National Army called the Royal Army of Emerstari. Soon after in the 1,050s, the Royal Navy of Emerstari was formed, the Navy was considered a very honorable work, or job. The Marines were eventually formed in the 1,600s as a more specialized or better trained Army, the Coast Guard would be created in the late 1,800s. While the Defense Bureau was created in the 1,890s, and finally the Air Force would be created a little after the Plane was invented in 1911.

Emerstarian Royal Navy
Founded in 1,055 by Sir Jonathon Erniks, and approved by King Eric Caneri I the Royal Navy was the most respected division of the KE (Kingdoms of Emerstari), FFRE (First Federal Republic of Emerstari), and now the NFRE Military. It is the biggest division of the NFRE Military with 1,500,000 Men/Women enlisted, though that's only during wartime, during peace Emerstari only has a standing Navy of 250,000. The Highest rank in the Navy besides the Lieutenant (In Charge of the Whole Military) is the Supreme Captain, and the Supreme Captain is also on the Council of Generals. The Royal Navy also has an estimated of 350 ships of 2016 exact numbers are classified. Right now the Government has let out that they are in the midst of building 1 carrier, 2 submarines, and 2 patrol ships. The Anthem of the Royal Navy is called Navy of Glory, it was created by Alexander Kavon in 1905. It was named Anthem of the Navy in 1934. In 1994 the 2nd Fleet took a "Glory" trip around the Nevontic Sea, to show the strength of the Emerstarian Royal Navy to the growing threat of the Island Nation of Nevontica Islands.
Emerstarian Royal Air Force
Formed in 1911 shortly after the invention of the Plane, Emerstarian Congressman Peter Manning made a speech to the Senate why Emerstari needed to keep up with modern Technology and create an Air Force. It was passed nearly a week after Senator Manning's speech. In the 1920s it was used majorly to help free Emerstari from the Cruatiea Invasion. Today it has about 1600 planes, not including helicopters. The Air Force Academy is located in Verni City, West Verni, and then the Anthem of the Royal Air Force is called: Flying Freedom. It was written in the 1920s by Amelia Hartt, to symbolize how the Air Force helped free Emerstari in the war. She, herself was also a pilot.

Emerstarian Royal Army
The oldest of all the Military Divisions, the Royal Army is the second biggest division of the Military. The person in charge of the Army (Besides the Council of Generals, and Lieutenant.) is the High General. The Army is the go to division of the Emerstarian Military and has the manpower, and artillery to prove it. Today it has around 1,000,000 enlisted soldiers, but most of them are off duty when it is not a time of war. The Royal Army was the main force deployed during the 2nd Nevontica Crisis in 2007. Around 2,000 soldiers were deployed, but only 157 saw a minor battle then the Army was pulled out, and both sides started peace negotiations. The Emerstarian Congress voted in the summer of 2014 to change the design of the camouflage of the uniforms, but the vote failed. The Anthem of the Royal Army is: "Ready for the Fight" written in 1972 by Emerstarian musician Jerry Fairman, and he was helped by his wife Kim Fairman. In 2015 the 28th Army Platoon marched in the Christmas Day Parade and then were followed by a platoon from each other division of Military.
Emerstarian Coast Guard
The Coast Guard does not have the title Royal at the beginning is because it was created after the Kingdom switched to a Democracy (With the Exception of the Royal Air Force because it was originally part of the Royal Army). The Coast Guard was created in 1832, but it would just be some guys with a boat, and some rescuing supplies at a station getting commands from a station in Coronet until 1862. In 1862 it became more "sophisticated." With the invention of the first massed produced helicopter in 1944 it became the Coast Guard we know today in 1951. It is the smallest division of the Royal Military with only 100,000 men/women serving. In 2002 during Hanico Pirate attack, there was a family taking a vacation at sea in their ship, then the Hanico Pirate Group attacked them. The Coast Guard arrived with 2 ships and 1 helicopter. The ship crew was firing their guns at the pirates as the pirates were doing to them. The Helicopter crew boarded the pirates' ship, took them, prisoner, while the other ship's crew helped the family. The Coast Guard's Anthem is "Tides of Bravery." It was written in 1,944 by musician Harry Onth.
Defense Bureau
Created in 1,893 as basically a specialized Police Force, today they fight terrorism and dangerous criminal groups along with the black market. They work closely with the FBI, CIA, and the EIB (Emerstarian Investigation Bureau, a part of the FBI) This is also where the BPF (Border Patrol Force) Secret Service, and RG (Royal Guard) is trained. They have 250,000 men/women serving. The Defense Bureau's Anthem is "Protection to Emerstari" written by Harry Onth in 1,946. They are a lot like a Police Force (Except the Border Patrol) but have more in common with the Military. They were a big part of the stopping of the illegal gun trade across Emerstari's borders, they also have brought Emerstari's black market down by 20% of what it was in 1,990.Military Personnel Numbers

Wartime Status

On May 30th, 2017, President E. J. James asked Congress to
declare war on the pirate group attacking Emerstarian vessels
and extremist groups in Spookistam such as the Vosgatha.
• Nivijed Cold War
After the ending of the Great War, the nation of Peandland
has, in the Emerstarian Government's view provoked them
several times. Recently, though, negotiations forced
Peandland to release foerigners from Concentration
Camps.
• 2nd Estelian War
Starting with the invasion of Emerstarian territory, the
island of Lare` by the PMS, the war has escalated
from a border dispute. Now, Emerstarian forces
are occupying the western coast of the Pacific Military State
while Lare` falls.

History of the New Federal Republic of EmerstariChapter I - A Rising Empire
1000 BC (BCE) - 1 AD (CE)
Three Tribes
After the last Ice Age, three tribes resided in what today is the nation of
Emerstari. The three tribes — Canno, Jonaeri, and the Emeree living in
the west, sout, and north, respectively. Being at peace most of the time,
that peace would eventually end in 406 AD according to written documents
from shortly after. In 406 AD, the Canno had recently been annexed by the
Emeree while the Jonaeri were threatening both tribes. Promptly going to
war, the Enzisti Empire took this chance to invade the weakend Emerstarian
tribes.
Swiftly, the Enzisti Empire moved in their forces, capturing the
eastern coastline and the southern regions of present day Emerstari. Not
much is known about the other major battles but soon, realizing they needed
to work together to protect their homeland, the Jonaeri and Emeree joined forces.
The most historically important and potentially strategically important battle of the
war was the last battle. This battle, actually where the name Emerstari came from,
took place in Coren. Coren said to be present day Coronet was the last major holdout
of the invaded Enzisti who many died from a plague unseen by them ever before. The
joint Jon-Emer forces attacked in large numbers, raging on several days the battlers
saw in the heavens a shooting star flew.
The Emerstarian tribes saw this as a message from their leader that had fallen
on the battlefield, slain by Enzisti forces weeks prior — victory was within their reach.
The dead leader's name had been Emeri II, Emeri meaning brave. So, the name Emerstari
derives from Emeri and it means "Star of Emeri" or "Star of Bravery"
Founding of an Empire
Anon after the war, comprehending their technological disadvantage,
the newly formed Empire of Emerstari, known as the Emrestarii Empire at the time,
rose to a global level. Nearly two years after its founding, the empire spanned from
the eastern coastline of Emerstari to the northern reaches of the continent, 224,711
square miles if added.
The first Emporer of the Emerstarian Empire known as Eslend I, dying in
160 BC of unknown causes then left the empire to his son, Ofry I. The reign of Ofry I
as well as his following Emporers became increasingly less stable, this led to minor
