Due to a lack of historical oppressive patriarchal culture in Asnea and the refoundation of all human civilisation in the 45th century BPA being based on 22nd century Terran morals and laws, the concept of "LGBT" is not contemporarily applicable in Thama or any other nation on the planet. It is however a valid categorisation in context of comparison of 19th century Asnea to other settings, so it will be discussed in this context.
Pure homo and heterosexuality are relatively rare and so monosexuals comprise perhaps 10% of the population of Thama. This means that roughly 95% of the population is LGBT - 90% being pansexual to some degree, even though total pansexuals only make up perhaps 10-15% of the population. This obviously extends to the government.
Roughly 20% of the population is transgender, in the sense that their gender identity does not line up with their sex. Between 6% and 8% are binary transgender people - those whose assigned sex is either fully male or female and their gender identity is female or male respectively - the rest are genderless or nonbinary and treated as such. The majority of the population is still naturally cisgender as cultural openness and acceptance don't change neurochemistry.
His Imperial Highness, Archon Cedric Stargard, is a gay trans man. Monosexuality seems to run in the family, as his grandmother was a lesbian, and his father and father's grandparents were straight. He is however more notable for his gender - he is the first ever openly trangender monarch.
