The Democratic Republic of Kalasparata is a Central, Democratic Nation where everything is Centralised into Ipsola Central District (ICD) which is the CBD of our biggest city (size & population) which is also our capital city, Ipsola, our currency is the kalaspi. Imagine a great desrt, spreading over thousands of kilometers, an extremely minor fault line (with tiny volcanos that only relase a liter of lava and the biggest earthquakes are 1-2 on the recto scale and tsunamis are only 1 meter high), really, really tall mountains and really, really deep cliffs which spread past the nations boarders, grass lands great enough to feed 3 million sheep, the grand waters of the pacific ocean, bush, forests and woods bigger than you can ever know, snow in the tropics, the international date line, the equator, cyclones, a desert as large as Europe, a beach so sandy that it goes km past anyones imagination, sunshine, summer and winter at the same time with-in the one km, elevations, sea, desert and snow breezes all meeting together, extremely fertile land, natural beauty. Now imagine it all meeting together in a 3 sq km location. That's Ipsola Central District for you!

Kalasparata is a powerful, capitalist economy. We have import taxes although we try to import as little as possible as we try to make everything here to provide more jobs and less unemployment. The import tax rate is 40%. Our currency is the kalaspi. 1/1000 of a kalaspi is a Shima We don't believe in percentage tax rate, all taxes are 500kalaspi flat rate of tax per month. Everyone pays it, the exceptions of unemployed support, veterans and pensions. The minium wage here 2000kalaspi a week.

There are 3 types of welfare played by the government from taxes
1.Unemployment Support-After every 5 years you've been working the government gives you 3 weeks unemployment pay. If you don't use it, it builds up. Unemployment pay is only given if you were sacked/fired or quit from a job. You keep living off 500kalaspi a week for this until your time runs out. If you are nearing Veterinism (Being a veteran), you may use up whatever of this you have remaining, regardless if you are or are not sacked/fired or quit, you may use whatever you have remaining of this.
2.The Veteran-Is a welfare paid for anyone who has worked in Kalasparata for 30 years and/or has served on the military and/or emergency services for 10 years. It is also giving to anyone who has worked and served but different amounts of years apply. Here we don't believe in age pension! This is given out to anyone. You still collect money if you do/don't resive money in any other form. If you receive this, you stop paying tax no matter how much you work! By law, employers have to take all others for a job before they take you or let you keep your job. This rule also applies to anyone who has a different primary job
3.The pension-This is a payment of 500kalaspi a week if you can't work for a reason or another. You may get this even if you do or don't receive money in any other however, if you get caught working or able to work and you are on this system, you will get a fine of 35,000,000,000kalaspi, lose your welfare privileges and 20 years imprisonment. (Also, if you got sick because of cigarettes for example and you get caught using the money to buy cigarettes, you lose your welfare benefits)
Anyone at any age may receive welfare at any given stage. Other forms of regulated, temporary for forms of welfare are given
1.Baby bonus-Given to every family with a baby 8 months pregnancy to the baby being 6 months old. This is in addition to normal payment and/or welfare. This is a monthly payment of 5,000,000kalaspi. This isn't physical cash like all other welfare but a card. This card only allows you to buy stuff for your baby like radials, cloths, cribs, toys ect. If this card is abused, both the person ho bought the item and the seller of the item spend in 5 years in goal/jail.
2.Maturnatity/Paternity leave. Both parents get paid full wage from both the parents from 8 months pregnat to 6 month old baby. Half of the normal wage is by the government and the other half is from the employer. This is only given to people who pays tax. If you are on welfare, normal welfare is paid.

Around about 5,000BC, a group of thousands of tiny tribes in the same approximent area (where Ipsola Central District is now) formed the tiny Jewish nation of Kalaspia-Kala-Greek-the great, Spia-Kalasparatan-of the world. About 350 years later they started to form toghether to create Kalaspia. This took till 4000BC to fully form. After the formation, it was decided to go and spread out to unclamed areas. By 3500BC, it was about the size it is now (200,000 sq km) and fully established nation with laws, polocies, and like an RL nation but not as advanced. It had 3 languages, English, Greek and Kalasparatan. The people lived happy lives until.....in 3590BC, civil war broke out! They were fighting over weathr to allow gay marriage. This war was so great it caused all the gays to leave Kalaspia and formed their own nation Shimarata-Shim-Kalasparatan-love, A-English-a, Rata-Kalasparatan-Gay

Then they got back together with Shimarata and muted both names so creating Kalasparata in 2000BC. Then there was a 10 year fight over whether Kalaspian should be called Kalasparatan so the re-split the nation into Kalasparata and Shimarata divided a full nation into 2 but they were both Kalasparata. Whoever wanted Kalaspian to be named Kalaspian went to Kalaspia and who ever wanted Kalaspian to be named Kalasparatan went to Shimarata. This fight broke up families forever. They finally decided that it was a stupid reason to fight so they dumped it as a national language and let it die. They kept it split in half in case something else happens. 100 years later, the language was dead so they decided to have a vote on which it should be called. They chose Kalasparatan as the name. These days, the only difference is the side of the road it drives on but if there is a disagreement, we get the people to separate themselves. The same boundaries apply which divide ICD in half. Kalasparata's military, police, life savers, ambulance, fire services, rescue, serch parties, bomb squad, prison wardens, cyber military ( military and police of the internet), navy, airforce, space force (army of space), national guard fire inspection ect. are all under the one department, KES (Kalasparatan Emergency Services). In the emergency services, you start off as an amateur moving from department to department then you become a professional.
By law, all KES veichals must have bumpers of a 1991 car, is made of thick stainless steal, has the technology to go over speed bumps and dips ect. Serving 10 years in the KES will get you the Veteran as appose to 30years in any other job.

5.All tourists must have a tourist visa, these visas allow you to stay 24 months in Kalasparata but don't allow you to work or own land in Kalasparata. If you get a visa and enter Kalaspaarta, stay for 6 months, leave then return again in 6 months (making a total of 12 months) for 2 months, you may use the same visa. If you plan to stay in Kalasparata for more than 24 months at a time, you are allowed to, but you must renew your visa! Our official Religion is a form of Christianity, Orthodox Christianity. 89% of Kalasparata is Orthodox Christian. Thousands of Kalaspi go to this religion every year to make Jesus happy. Orthodox Christianity doesn't pay tax in Kalasparata like all other religions do. The Catholic church is similar enough to the Orthodox Church that they get discounts on tax, they only pay 75%of what all other religions pay
Most people here speak English and Greek, a rich and work or are on welfare (see economy spoiler) only workers and disabled get welfare. All people have 4 eyes, 2 on the normal spots + 2 more, one on the back of each hand. Kalasparata has 2 types of people with equal rights.

Is Kalasparata's largest building. It's more of a building block for other buildings than a building. It's 45 km high, 2km wide and 2km long. It has a 30 degree angle corner that meets Kalasparadio Point Kalasparata. 1 sq km of it is in Ipsola Central District. It is massive.

Male/Female Divide is almost no existant in Kalasparata, men and women get 100% equality, including the legality hitting women! In the Democratic Republic, all toilets are unisex. Colours (eg. pink) being used for one gender only, is unheard of! The only social differences between males and females is the church. Men and women play the same sport and in the same compitition, same sex and mixed marriages and adoptions are allowed, men get IVFs ect.

Leaders are very good at keeping secrets with citizens, we can keep Kalaspatan secrets so well that if some who is not a citizen walks into a Kalasparatan place with the secrets, it comppletely disapears to a secret dimention only Kalasparata knows about or can enter with everyone in and on it also go there. Kalasparatan secrets are so strong they effect day to day life and there are even entire T.V. and radio shows, episods ect. on them plus they are mentioned on preatty much every episode of it. But those episods change if a non-Kalasparata walks in from an other nation, the whole episode and T.V./radio program completely changes!
