OOC: alright this will be a bit different from most embassy threads.
Nations who sign up will receive invitations to most of my future RPs without question and if wished so will receive handwritten invitations via TG.
Also, this embassy program will work as kind of alert system for new RPs if the respective nation wishes so.
Among others nations will be higher rated if they want to actually play their delegations or if they want to engage within Castellions diplomacy.

This is NOT your typical sign-up and leaves an application in my thread thing. Because of that Nations who only fill out, the application will probably be rejected or the embassy will be closed once I need more space.
I accept all kind of Missions including temporary ones within the guidelines that are displayed below.

Any Nation may apply and after acceptance Embassies or Consulates in the Kingdom.
Furthermore, all Nation feel free to propose treaties of all kind to Castellion and if they are fair and agreeable for the Departement of International Affairs they will be accepted.

During the last building measures, all locations hold now a minimum of 5 places for embassies, consulates or general consulates.
Of course, we respect the Extraterritoriality of your embassy but even your foreign delegation must respect the laws of Castellion otherwise we would cause havoc and anarchy. To solve this problem we are using the standard procedure that is common in most Nations.

Our current locations:

La Cite, the capital of Castellion, with 8 Million citizens by far the greatest city but thanks to the underground network and massive local transport a through and through the quiet city in relation to other cities of this size. (average luxury 3 stars)
Notable Location:
Castellion is remarkable for one of the greatest parks in the Region, the Rose gardens directly neighbouring the Royal Palace also the Royal Chamber is only a minutes away. (Luxury 3-4 stars, many modifications possible)
Oldtown is designed after old European cities, most prominent the 19th century. There are many locations for nations who don't seek a standard embassy. (Luxury 4 - 5 stars, nearly all modifications manageable)
The house of international embassies is true to his name the perfect spot to work on diplomatic relations it is also a direct neighbour to the
Foreign Ministry. Both buildings are constructed in modern architecture with bright windows, friendly atmosphere and a big touch of international flair. (Luxury for both 3 stars, modifications per request)
From there it is only a short track via the diplomate lane a quiet street notable for typical two family houses. Perfect for Ambassadors who seek a refuge in a quiet but urban area.
The line featured in the Palace street, once the Boulevard of the rich and nobles, today mainly a shopping area and notable for eccentric constructions and a short track to the rose gardens and the palace. (Luxury for both 3 stars, standard modifications possible)
Also notable is the Harbor Lane perfect for nations with a focus on trade and financial aspects. La Cite is the second important Harbor only to be topped by Freeport so many international companies got their central or a branch office here. Also, all ships from Embassy Island will arrive here, a man-made island with all features a modern ambassador can dream off. Lots of cultures, a safe environment (6 police stations in an area of 10 miles) and a beautiful beach area to relax after a hard day. North Port: third biggest city in the kingdom, remarkable for one of the greatest harbour in Castellion. The newest edition is a cargo-harbor with enough deep for the largest post-Panamax sized ships. This is the real financial heart of the Kingdom of a large financial district, including the national stock exchange and a skyline who prevents an international airport. (average Luxury 3 stars)
The Harbor Lane is, others than the name suggests, a Boulevard dominated by the largest shopping mall in Castellion. Also, the most bank branches are to find here. So if the focus of your nation lays on financial transactions you find here the right spot. (Luxury 3 stars, modifications manageable)
For the more diplomatic orientated consulates, we can offer the streets of consulates in a quiet park area or if you want a more modern and urban area the local bureau of the international affairs branch to the department. (Luxury 3 Stars, no modifications possible)

Freeport: Located on the coast of Castellion, Freeport is a Metropole dominated by tourism. On the summer season, you can count 6 tourists for one native, in the winter season the ratio is even higher to 10 tourists per native and above.

Castle Lyon: Located on the Island of Twait within a secure valley the fortified city of Lyon is probably one of the safest spots within Castellion and is treated as such. The area is mostly prominent for the largest military base outside of La Cite, also it is the birth place of house Valois Family, the current Royal Family. - Equipment is supported by the National Forces of Castellion, own Weapons and cars are not required and not tolerated.
- Diplomatic Immunity goes only to the Ambassador and Attaches, all another member of the
Embassy Program states for their crimes if they take place in Castellion (see above.)

From now on all embassies are rated for trustworthy and importance. This rating gives special clearances for each level. The most important factors are, stated wish to roleplay your delegation, previous contact with Castellion (RPs, Storefronts etc), behaviour against other nations, the stance of the monarchy in the nation and lastly the factbook if it is available.

level 0 - we are absolutely neutral to your Nation. You are welcome in Castellion but that is it. You have the right to establish a consulate.
level 1 - you show signs that we can trust your nation, you have the right to establish a general consulate and you can ask for a free trade treaty.
level 2 - you have shown us that your Nation could be trustworthy, you have earned the right to establish an embassy.
level 3 - you are a trustworthy partner for Castellion, you have the right to ask for a non-aggression pact level 4 - you are a trustworthy partner for Castellion and shows promise for a potential ally. You have the right to bring lethal weapons into the country and you could ask for a defence alliance. (mostly restricted to the Western Islands region)
level 5 - your nation is rated equal in nearly everything, you can build an embassy in the rose gardens and you have the right to speak to the King every time if he is available. (restricted to the western islands only)

Actions against Castellion or behaviour against other nations give Castellion the right to downgrade your status.

Dear sir,
I address you in response to your application dated from 7th of August this year.
First and foremost let me express the best wishes of his majesty. Your application was anticipated and it was taken great care to find a solution. Unfortunately, we can't grant you the rights you were requesting at this time. After a long discussion, the State of Guirin is now recognized as a Level one Nation as a sign of our goodwill.
While the State of Guirin is recognized as such we don't know much about your political stances in the great game we all seem to play. This is unfortunate and is in dire need of fixing.
As per the rules of diplomatic conduct, the most we can offer you right now is a general consulate either in Freeport or Northport.
However, you are free to send a temporary delegation that will be greeted in the Royal Palace.
In fact, we are suggesting this right now to discuss the free trade treaty you mentioned in your last dispatch.
A state visit to La Cite would be preferable and would offer a suitable environment for treaty negotiations.
These decisions were made with great concern and I fear that an appeal will not feasible.
