Yes, sort of. The children are taught by state run schools, and there is a group of sorts for the older ones until the become either workers or possibly married men.
"Is Gilead more isolationist or interventionist? In other words, does Gilead keep to itself, or try to force its rather messed up ideals onto other nations?"

We are opposed to your calling of our ideals "messed up". we try to strike a balance, as many nations are trying to intervene in us!
"Would you consider the queen to be a "danger"? I mean, I wouldn't want to mess with anyone who've made over 54 confirmed kills during the wars, and probably countless others we don't know about, all I know is her hands are stained with blood underneath those black gloves."

A woman leader with bloodstained hands? How much worse will it get? NO, she is not a danger. If she ever steps foot in Gilead uninvited, the Eyes will have her in custody in no time. It is very easy to spot foreigners, first by the clothing, and if they happen to be disguised, by the many checkpoints.
"Does Gilead believe in climate change and rising sea levels?"

Yes, and we have worked to lower our carbon output.
"Your thoughts on drifters? By drifters, I mean the kids in RWD cars that make the rear end slide out as they go around corners while listening to Eurobeat. It's quite a popular activity for young people here in Belantica, as we have a lot of winding mountain roads where they go to touge race."

This is dangerous to human life, to property, and to their souls. As said previously, you have a control problem.
