We got something close, small herds of sheep which provide the aforementioned dairy products. Are lands are tropical and pretty wet year round so it's not as much of an issue to sustain such herds.

well that's the classic dish, you probably want to try that before you start getting all experimental with it

Canned tuna sandwhich/fish cock thing (meat salted and baked in a rye bread), dried soup mix (usually a mix of potato mash, carrot chucks, and celery), snack bar (various random types), mixed nuts, vitamin pills/chewies, salt pills/chewies, and sometimes a coconut milk drink or similar fruit drink.

Been living on this kinda meal for the past couple weeks and my partners gain weight. We did have some supplementation with local stuff but that was mostly out of season. Any problems?

Actually the bare minimum accompaniment is hot buttered toast.

Haggis is fairly versatile and will fit anywhere you might use something like black pudding/blood sausage. Yes it is involved in certain stereotypical dishes like chicken Balmoral which is a pan fried chicken breast stuffed with haggis and covered with (of course) whiskey sauce.

It's rather good battered and served with chips but that's best kept for when you are at a high end chippy, the average chip shop tends to use really cheap haggis that can be very disappointing.

It also makes a nice rissoto with mushrooms and awesome Pakora.
