Her Majesty of Tyskylvania, Empress Sahk'ni, has given her Imperial Council the order to interact more with the multiverse. The Council had decided it will do this via opening a 'Q&A', as they are called. Questions will be answered by Council members and the Empress.

[Tyskylvania is a PT monarchy located in a high fantasy world similar to Nirn and Middle-Earth. The upper classes are dominated by Vampyres, with the Empress the most powerful individual in the entire realm.]

Citizens can learn any type of magic, though they must be put on a list of people who are known to know magic. The guards within the nation do use magic extensively, so do other public services. In fact, disabling magics are in the training of guards."

"We certainly are capable of arcane feats. We manifest them through our willpower and knowledge of spells. Spells use up a metaphysical resource known as 'magicka', which is naturally replenished over time. All persons have magicka pools they can draw from, but those of Elven descent have a naturally larger pool."

In particular please focus on the subtopics of health care, education, punishment and ownership of the child's sexual functions.

"Parents are normally very pushy towards a child's education, and healthcare and hygiene is taken quite seriously and is a joint effort between the child and the parents. Parents are allowed to punish their child, but there are limits in place to protect the child from excessive punishment and abuse. Sexually, children are free to do as they wish once they have reached the age of 16, and they are free to practice whatever orientation they are. Parents are forbidden from exercising authority over a child's orientation. Some of this conflicts with the more conservative areas of the nation, however We have taken to stamping out such needless primitiveness.

"Our superhuman abilities grant us double, sometimes quadruple, the strength of a healthy, male human of average weight and build. We're also incredibly fast in our reflexes and movement, and most of us older Vampyres can easily subdue a knight, or another powerful creature. We're also adept at using our claws as a weapon. Magic is something many Vampyres are adept at, however there are those who are poor at the arts of the arcane. Overall, the extent of one's power depends on their race of birth, training, birthstone and other influences. I was born under the Tower Stone, and thus my fingers are more dexterous and nimble, and my hearing is even more acute. The Tower Stone grants those who are born under it greater lockpicking skills."
