I am my own nation regardless of Triumverate affiliation, so no there is not a reason to expect military interference. Triumverate forces located within Hijjma are not permitted to act with out the consent of my government to which I explained already would not dare incite against the international community.

And I continue to not trust Celery at all. So unless we declare the UNHQ in Hijjma a DMZ, I am against it,

Considering that you are allied to Celibrae, yes, there is an extremely justifiable fear of a military action.

What would he do? Swing the UN in favor of invading These or something? UN actions are usually voted upon by its members. How nations vote depends on their persuasion. I don't see how the UN being in Hijjma would affect that

And the DMZ seems rather logical to me. It's not like Hijjma would have been allowed to host military forces on UN territory anyway. Apparently "a large port city that I would be willing to hand over along with the adjacent counties.".

As such, that port city and the adjacent counties could easily become a DMZ

It could be a valid IC concern, that in the case of hostilities between the Triumvirate and other power blocks, Hijjma would try to do something to that said HQ.

It might seem overkill from an OOC point of view, it would be perfectly normal ICly. Hijjma wouldn't have been allowed to keep military forces on UN extraterritorial areas anyway.

I am angry indeed, so maybe the decisions I make are not the best.

But even if it were to stay a member of the UN, the presence of the HQ in Hijjma without a DMZ will lead to hostility.

I would be willing to host the UN actually, since I'm neutral, I'm not affected by the world wars, and I'm rich rough to host it. Also no, I'm not in one of the powerblocks

The UNHQ doesn't require all those DMZs and entire cities: it would only require a district of a major city, at its very largest, since we need to accommodate all those organizations under the UN - or even just a few buildings, as is the case in NYC.
