Actually, is it possible to change the font? Whatever font you think would best fit in with the logo. Since it's a vintage logo, I would like a font that would fit that. I'll defer to your judgement on this. Maybe Times New Roman?

That looks much better, except the "s" in interests is throwing me off for some reason. Maybe a slightly smaller font, I'm not sure what would fix it.

I changed the font to something that handles being curved a little better

Could someone create a coat of arms that incorporates the coat of arms of the Rhineland, Hesse, Westphalia and Palatinate (Without the crowns, when it comes to Hesse and Palatinate)

Regarding the structure of placing these four coat of arms within one, I thought of something similar to the coat of arms of the Czech Republic, with the overall CoA having the shape of the CoA of Germany

Sounds like a problem with the tool you are using, or possibly how you downloaded the image. The image itself is on transparency.
If all else fails, try a select by colour and delete on the white patch.
