I'll make an attempt at it, but the black background is going to be very hard to convert to .png with out either starting from scratch (which is much harder) or manually erasing the background.

Do you want the prefix included or just "South Olpen"?

With pre fix, two last things, if possible can you encase it in a gold leaf crown to make it look more seal-y and can you make text in bold and larger, thanks!!!!! I'm so happy I can finally make an embassy thread!

EDIT: If its not too much of a burden, can you make a version for three different ministry's defense, state, and treasury? Basically put Department of State or whichever one it is where the motto is.

I can't make the crown with the editing tools I have, but I'll work on the font. Yours is pretty seal-y already anyway, mines just a green maple leaf in red circle.

Now, if its not a burden, can you make one for the three major role-playing departments where instead of the motto you have Department of [Blank] also, one final final thing, can you do the same thing you did with regards to the name to the one with the prefix? I just wanna see which one might look better.

Can Someone Take the Seal of the Fictional State of Takoma, Seen here, And Change the Words on the Outside so it says Chenoah instead of Takoma, And 1801 Instead of 1902?

Can I have something for my military? I need a general insignia that has an old circle shield with two grey long thin axe things making a X in the center. This entire design needs to be encompassed in my shield. I need the top text to say Armed Forces of South Olpen and the bottom to be "No Mission Too Difficult, No Sacrifice Too Great"Look at the references for what I mean when I say stuff.
