I'd like a logo based on the picture in the spoiler, but with two heads a la the Russian double-headed eagle, one star as an eye for each head and the last at the tip of the tail, and the text removed.
Also, if possible, a separate logo that has the result inside an inverted triangle with text on each side: the top side saying Diyos, the one to the left saying Hari, and the one to the right saying Bayan.

Replace the name with "Federation of Reuturn" and replace the motto with "Memoria, Lux et Mare". Keep the blue in the middle of the seal but change the yellow with the green on the flag. You can take your time

Edit: I just realized all the stars on Brazil's seal is on the Southern Hemisphere and the stripe where the motto is represents the equator .-.
The Virgo constellation is on the northern hemisphere, so can you please change that? I'll wait.

Heyyo! I'd like to have a logo for my football and basketball team.
For my football team, there should be a Twice(k-pop group) logo , with two wreaths on the top, crossing each other. There should be three stars on the bottom. There should be a soccer ball(slightly larger than the stars) directly below.
For my basketball logo it's the same but instead of a soccer ball there's a basketball.
