-could the wreath on top of the shield be replaced with a crown

-could the flags on either side be changed to look like austrian flags

Greetings! Could I have something similar to the coat of arms of the Estonian SSR, but the sheaths of wheat are sheaths of pine branches, the red banners with the writing have my national flag on it, the hammer and sickle in the centre are replaced by a scene of a pine forest with a river running though it with snow capped mountains in the background and 'Eesti NSV' is replaced by my motto?Thanks in advance! Oh, and also, could you remove the star?

And underneath the "T.U." can you put "RAIDERS" and underneath RAIIDERS can you add Tecumseh University like in this image

RAIDERS will be blue and TECUMSEH UNIVERSITY will be green. T.U. will be green.

You've modified your request twice. It's best to come into these threads with a definitive idea of what you want. There's a lot of request to do, and no time for endless modification. There're hundreds of requests, and probably a maximum of five creators at one time.
You're bumping. Almonaster's probably one of the most underappreciated users of this site, I've never seen anyone forgotten under their watch, and the work is fantastic. All bumping does is make it harder for them and other designers to navigate the thread. It's much cleaner and easier for us if you just lodge a request and wait.
If you're getting antsy and have access to a computer, why not give it a try yourself? There's tons of free software to help you these days, like GIMP or Paint.net, and, if you gave it your best effort and a little time, I'm sure you'd come up with something great. I'd be glad to help you with any questions, and I'm sure the other designers here and in the flags thread would be too for anything that's beyond me.

A national seal, which is transparent, uses the following RGB (186,140,5 - all of the seal must be this color, kinda like passports use it, use the british passport for example, its some sort of yellow.) The seal must be an anchor in the middle, 2 hammerhead sharks on either sides of the anchor, the outline of the seal must be a shield. Below the anchor and the sharks is located a book, with 2 lines of text on it, reading out:

MARTNER
ALONG THE OCEAN WE GO

PS: keep in mind, the anchor, sharks, and the book must be inside the shield.

Basically, i would like the middle text to be replaced by "THE STATE OF GRENMONT" around the picture in the top half and "FREEDOM UNITES ALL" in the bottom half, and a bobcat replacing the picture in the middle.

And instead of the text in the middle near the leaves, replace it with this text instead: Министерство на външните работи

It means Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
And instead of a lion in the middle, replace the lion inside the shield with a cross that fits the red and orange background.

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but I would like a coat of arms doing, I do actually have one created I just suck at making things like this, and want one made to look neater and better whilst still keeping the main designs of this crest (such as the elk heads, and that it says "Atmovja", that is not a typo, that is the name of the country in it's language.) xP Thanks!

Bump, kinda, but (whilst I hate to be a pain) could the previous request be forgotten? As I have decided that I would rather have a new crest made.

If I could please get a crest with the shield held up by 2 deer, kind of likethis, including the crossed branches (perhaps make them pine instead, but that isn't of most importance) with the shield featuring a pine tree, and instead of the crown on top, a leaf kind of design with a skylark (or a lark like bird) on top?
