Apologies for bumping this again; it's been pages since the original request (and even the first bump) and I haven't even heard confirmation that someone is willing to help me.

For me, the main difficulty would be with the birch. What we mainly do here is assembly of images, not original artwork. If you can find and link a suitable wreath, then this becomes a lot more feasible.

So I've needed a few seals for years, but I am garbage at drawing/editing such things personally. That said, if anyone can help me on this I'd appreciate it immensely.

I am looking for a new foreign affairs ministry seal to use in my RPs. If I don't describe my idea accurately enough, feel free to probe me for more details. Im looking for an seal in the style of this or the US State Department's. I wish for it to have a translucent background if possible, use this eagle as the centerpiece, and have a parchment with "Dominanz Standardmäßig" written on it in blackwood castle font. I leave it to whomever takes up this request to decide how they wish to decorate the circle/border, but I do wish for "Das Ministerium für Auswärtige Angelegenheiten für Das Reich der Gemeinsames Staatsgebieten" to be written/wrapped around the seal's entirety in the already mentioned font style - maybe adding the english version "The Ministry of Foreign Affairs for The Empire of Common Territories" would be a good touch if that would fit? Anyways, as I said before, probe me if you need a little more detail or have any other questions, and thanks to whomever aids me in this effort.

Can i have a flag in a roman stile with roman symbols like the SPQR the laurels etc, but instead of the eagle have a dragon and have swords, and a halberd, and an anchor on it and the colors should be, gray for the swords and halberd, green for the laurels, and gold for the dragon, and red and yellow fo everything else and the words FLAVO IMPERIUM (all caps) some where on it.

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but I would like a coat of arms doing, I do actually have one created I just suck at making things like this, and want one made to look neater and better whilst still keeping the main designs of this crest (such as the elk heads, and that it says "Atmovja", that is not a typo, that is the name of the country in it's language.) xP Thanks!

If it is okay with you, I would like a seal for my national government, which should contain elements from the above national flag, as well as a griffon, which is the (mythical) national animal of Jitcaep Sep. It should be on a white circle with a black outline (possibly useful would be two versions: one with white outside the outline (for use in factbooks), and one with the forum post background color outside the outline (for use in, you guessed it, forum posts).

Could one please replace the piece on the shield on my coat of arms with an internal pattern of a pall gules? I’d like the bars to be red and sections white. The red will be #980000.
I’d like in the top section the star found on my flag, coloured the same red as the bars. In the left section I’d like a book and a torch in the right section.

I have no idea what you mean by a "pall". Argent, a pale gules would be , but that doesn't fit with the rest of your description. Please just describe in English what you want, or link a suitable reference.
