Hey there, can you make me a coat of arms/regional seal.

Hello I am looking to make a flag for an independent New Hampshire I intend to place an emblem on the center of my flag, hence my request here.

I was looking to have 10 gold 5-pointed stars surrounding the state outline, either as a full-circle around the state, or a semi-circle around the western border. upon which I have already pasted a visage of the old man on the mountain (RIP)

So I've got two requests. Firstly, a national seal and secondly a military seal.

For both, I want to have included a phoenix as the main part of the seals.
For the national, the phoenix should be surrounded by eight stars, similar to how they are arranged in the national flag. The phoenix is also surrounded by a laurel wreath, with the stars outside the wreath. The national motto should be written below the phoenix.
For the military seal, the phoenix should be in front of two swords crossing each other, akin to the British Armed Forces badge. The phoenix and swords should be on a red circle with 'Confederate Armed Forces' written on the circle, similar to how it is on the US Army Seal.

Something like this, a logo I made myself a while ago, but with a different font I’d possible. Keep the logo itself the same if possible as well. Y’know, for P2TM purposes.

Atop this, an intricate crown (I honestly don't care if you just yoink it from somewhere) and along the bottom, a ribbon reading "Semper Sursum". I'd like it as a standalone with a transparent background, as well as a variant that has a union-jack red background.

My second request is a banner, which at the center reads "The Federation of Columbia and Louisiana". Below this should be a shrunk version of the above coat of arms, with the same color background.

It's been a while, but I want to try this again.

I would like several emblems made in the style of this flag that I'm using for a puppet nation. This time, I'm giving more breathing room, so things aren't too specific.

What I like for the emblems go like this -
I need 4 emblems each in a different color in the same style as the flag. Basically each emblem is to belong to a faction different from one another. Each emblem needs to have a symbol or something that symbolizes each faction.
- The first emblem is green and needs to have a symbol based on hedonism or wealth.
- The second emblem is red and needs to have a symbol based on strength or endurance.
- The third emblem is blue and needs to have a symbol based on innovation or science.
- Lastly, the last emblem is purple and needs to have a symbol based on creativity.
