Hello, I would like to request a seal for my nation, I have a rough idea of in the center being a hammer and sickle (If possible the same as the one in my flag), the hammer and sickle inside a red circle with a white border big enough to say "United in Friendship and Labour" or "Unidos en el Labor y la Amistad" (Whichever of the two is ok), the text I would prefer if it were blue.

I’d like to request an emblem based on this. This escutcheon (interior coloured royal blue #002366) with an outline like here but using the wheat and pearl from here. The sword and hands are provided here and here; I’d like the sword’s handled coloured golden like the outline. There needn’t be an lettering.
