Hey I have a request for a CoA

The blazon has a green field (HTML color code #009247) with a black border and it has three black diamonds on the field (not lozenges or sideways squares but like cut gemstones.) These black diamonds can be replaced with martlets if you prefer.
The top has a black (sable) eastern crown with mantling in the same shade of green as before, doubled black.
