would like to create a logo for what I call Foreign Relations Services.

The logo should find a way to either promote Germany or the whole world. A specific area of the world is not to be prevalent in the logo. I would the motto at the bottom to be "Connecting the world with the Kaiserriech."

Eh, I'd like it more as an official seal rather than logo. For instance, I think just putting it in an american-like seal such as this https://goo.gl/images/1CyJfA or this https://goo.gl/images/bC4srm with the words 'ANGLOSKRAG ÖBERKONIGREICH' would suffice.

They should all be designed like the old Spanish number plates with the European blue bar, except for the special number plates, which would look like the Spanish plates without the EU bar.
The format for the plates is XX-1234-AB, with XX being one of the following codes:

Government - The text should be white, and the background should be black.

Note: for the plates, replace the E in the blue bar with a V.

The Cinnibar coat of arms features a wreath surrounding an image. The left side of the wreath features a branch with cherry blossoms and cherries, while the right side features a rock formation with gemstones of various colors interspersed within the rock formation. On top of the wreath is a banner, the left side featuring a bicolor of orange and sky blue, the right side featuring a bicolor of pink & black, & the center of the banner seeing the colors collide while being defaced with the national motto of Cinnibar: Citius, Altius, Fortius. Inside the center image is a city on the left side of a river bank, with mountains & forests to it's right and the sun shining on through the center-top of the image. On top of the entire COA lies a flat-top crusader helmet facing to the left.

I would like to request a coat of arms for my nation, based on the flag and on the official coat of arms of the Mutawakkilite Imamate of Yemen, shown below.

The problem is I would like to get rid of the crown and references to monarchy, since my nation is a republic. If possible, it would be great to somehow make a mix of the royal coat of arms and the later Yemeni republican seal that I have also attached below. For example, using the republican coat of arms but change the flags in it to the original Imamate one. Again, if possible.

My nation is a republic that is both Socialist and Islamic in nature, so an emblem that could somehow reflect that would be awesome.

In the centre of the coat of arms, I would like this with a monogram consisting of the Greek letter for O and P below it.
I would like the colour #850505 featured predominantly, along with #000000.

I'd picture it as a traditional shieldwith two black knights in this pose standing next to it on each side. The shield should have a pattern of your choice on it, provided it represents each of the orders the knights are under...

That's really pretty but I would love it if the colour wasn't red and the ocean was a different colour than the land
