Hi! I don't have anything particularly great. I want the picture in the spoiler below to just be remade to not be sucky.

Really, you don't have to make an exact copy either. It's a baby blue shield with a white, smaller shield outline with a cross in it, with a pair of crossed silver dolphins over it and a carnation flower in there. Maybe have a wreath with a picture of waves in it stuck at the top? I don't know. Just make it not sucky.

If you can, TG me when you're done.

I think it looks better with the dolphins not crossed, though.

Knock it off with the constant bumps. If nobody wants to make your artwork because it's too damned complicated, so be it. Personally, I wouldn't touch it after the impatience you're demonstrating. You're pretty irritating for someone requesting free artwork.

Eh, I'd like it more as an official seal rather than logo. For instance, I think just putting it in an american-like seal such as this https://goo.gl/images/1CyJfA or this https://goo.gl/images/bC4srm with the words 'ANGLOSKRAG ÖBERKONIGREICH' would suffice.

Hello, i would love to someone please to take Panama's coat of arms (here) and do the next changes:
[*]Remove the stars above the eagle, being replaced with the laurels from here: (link)
[*]Change the flags with these ones (link), then stripes of the flags are changed to vertical position, like my Nation's flag.
[*]The number of perimeters are reduced to 3, similar position and elements to Colombia's CoA i already showed, but in the first higher strip the pomegranate is changed to a Caduceus and the thrid lower strip is cleaned to then put a cog, (if specific, a cog like the one in Italy's Seal).
[*]To finsh, the text is removed and changed with the words "POR EL FUTURO DE LA PATRIA"

I hope i explained correctly, i'm really sorry if this one is too hard.

They should all be designed like the old Spanish number plates with the European blue bar, except for the special number plates, which would look like the Spanish plates without the EU bar.
The format for the plates is XX-1234-AB, with XX being one of the following codes:

Ammochostos - AM
Chania - CH
Heraklion - HE
Karpathos - KR
Kasos - KS
Kyrenia - KY
Larnaca - LR
Lasithi - LS
Limassol - LI
Malta - MA
Nicosia - NI
Paphos - PA

I’d like a version of each code on a plate, but for the special plates:
Police - The text should be white, and the background should be #004080.
Medical - The text should be white, and the background should be #00BF00.
Diplomatic - The text should be white, and the background should be #FF0000.
Royal - The text should be white, and the background should be #BF00FF.
Government - The text should be white, and the background should be black.

Note: for the plates, replace the E in the blue bar with a V.

I'd like the Cedar to be enlarged to the size on spoilder'd image quoted, except instead of it being blue, I'd like it to be white with a transparent background. I'll probably be using this on my new flag, so it should look as good as possible (sorry if I'm sounding bossy here). Thanks again!

Ive decided to change my design, plus i think i badly worded my other request

Put the shield in the center of the eagle like the russian or american coat of arms

Then put the eagle inside of a shield like this, the shield background is dark blue like my flag

Then on the sides, add two of my flags hanging on each side
Like this:

Then put a crown on top of the blue shield and make it more detailed

I would like a national seal with all of the elements/colors from my flag + the color white as well as some stars and fleur-de-lis.

Bonus points if you can somehow incorporate a coat of arms into the seal.

I would like to create a logo for what I call Foreign Relations Services.

The logo should find a way to either promote Germany or the whole world. A specific area of the world is not to be prevalent in the logo. I would the motto at the bottom to be "Connecting the world with the Kaiserriech."
