My name is Charles Toobin, and I am the Minister of Foreign Affairs for His Majesty, the Emperor of the Holy Empire of Averaslan, Peter III, serving under his Prime Minister, Lillian Barker. It is my pleasure to announce the desire of His Majesty and His Majesty's government to create a formal embassy program with you, our neighbors in the World.
For this purpose, HM Government has set aside a large tract of land in the Capital City of Andenburg, to serve as the official Embassy Row. This Row will be protected by round the clock security from both Capital Police and The Royal Armed Forces. Each Embassy will be considered the territory of the home nation. it is only thus with the most peaceful of intent, that the Fifty-Third Parliamentary Select Committee on Foreign Relations and Affairs had approved for the formal recognition and immediate establishment of a Yohannesian embassy in your nation last year, and it is most certainly with only goodwill, of intention, of purpose, and of spirit, that Her Majesty the Empress Garnet til Alexandros has authorised for the delivery of this letter to your desk today, confirming Her Majesty's desire for the extension of diplomatic olive branch, between the nation states of Averaslan and Yohannes.

It is further in full cooperative spirit that I have, in full representation of the Thirty-Sixth Christian Democratic Government of Her Majesty, submitted the following details for the perusal of your office.

Ambassador's Background:
Anna-Lena Crusenstolpe Forsberg, Her Excellency Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, born 13 January, 1981 (36 years of age), is a Yohannesian diplomat and former administrator of higher learning who is the first and current Ambassador of Yohannes in Averaslan. Her accreditation was registered by parliament in July 2017.
