"A combination of the two. We in Lamerika believe in left-unity, and that we must work with other leftists against the threat of Capitalism. In that sense, I suppose it would be accurate to say we base our foreign policy more on a countries economic stance. That said, we may be less inclined to work with tyrannical leftist regimes, the DPRK for example, over a more Right-Wing state that values civil liberties. Depending on the nations involved, of course."
