It is hard to name them all.

I have banned groups with the names "KFC, Popeyes, Church's," and more. After all, allowing those names in my nation would tarnish my reputation.

Basically any violent organization threatening normal citizens. You can talk about it all you want, that's okay, but when you directly start threatening other people you're in big trouble

Since 1949, the Commonwealth has banned various groups and organisations on many grounds, from violent separatism and religious extremism to racial supremacism. For brevity's sake, we will not name all of them.

With the recent passage of the Terrorism (supplementary) Act 2017, we effectively banned several radical religious organisations that sought to establish a theocratic state or make a certain religious law the law of the Commonwealth. They include the following:

(a) Muslim Brotherhood
(b) Hizb ut-Tahrir
(c) Mujaheedin Council in the East Indies
(d) Laskar Dawah
(e) Jama’ah as Salafiyya
(f) Islamic Defenders Front
(g) Sharia Enforcement Council of Sumatra

by Saurisisia
The Communist Party of Saurisia, Homo Sapiens Alliance, and the United Enlightened Saurian Party are the primary banned organizations in Saurisia: the former two due to instigating violence against Saurisian citizens, as the Communists launched a failed revolution in 1916 that led to a bloody eight-year civil war, after which the PCS was disbanded and its leaders either executed or imprisoned. The HSA was a Human Supremacist group that conducted a series of terror attacks on Non-Human villages in the Marcoli Islands to the northwest of the Home Continents in the 1960s and 1970s. The HSA was engaged and eventually wiped out in a prolonged campaign by the military that lasted until 1982. And, finally, the PISU was a fascistic offbranch of the Saurians First Party, believing in the Saurian races' superiority over all others in Saurisia that ruled the country under the rule of Duce Supremo Leonardo Ti Alessio in the 1940s and was eventually toppled in the Summer Revolution of 1947, with its leaders tried and punished before a nation recovering from nearly a decade of repression and devastation from war.

by Reutoa
The Communist Party of Reutoa (1927-1967). The reason the Communist Party was banned was when they tried to assassinate then Kaiser Wilhelm II, later intelligence agents broke into the Headquarters of the Party in Vatursaune in 1966 and found papers about placing bombs in the Imperial Palace in Bremenburg and killing the Chancellor.

A Legal Battle began in the Courts of Reutoa. Between the Imperial Family and the Communist Party Committee. Due to widespread support of the Imperial family and overwhelming evidence of their treason. The courts ruled in favor of the Imperial Family and ordered Imperial Police to arrest the committee, the Members were placed in jail for 25 years and the party disbanded. Many members were arrested and jailed as well. A majority of members accepted the fall of their party moved on to join a new communist party, the People's Congress of Reutoa.

Some of the most prominent banned organizations in the Confederate States include, in no particular order:

  • Communist Party of the Confederate States of America*
  • National Bolshevist Party*
  • Negro Liberation League
  • Front for Increased Immigration
  • Leveler Society

*Russia exerted an appreciable influence on the Confederate States in the late-XIX and early-XX centuries due to the alliance between the two conservative nations in the run-up to WWI, when public opinion forced the CSA onto Germany's side. In those years, relatively high numbers of Russians came to the Confederacy, some of them Communists.

by Valkhyne
The Valkhynese Ministry of Intelligence maintains a list of ideologies that are frowned upon and subject to extra scrutiny and a list of "example organizations" that represent these ideologies. The list entries, entitled "CR Tendencies" or "Counter-Revolutionary Tendencies," include:

  • White supremacy: Defined as the belief in the biological, raciological, cultural, social, and/or political superiority of the white race, persons with European ancenstry, and/or persons who take on European cultural, religious, social, and political values. Examples of white supremacist organizations include the Valkhynean National Front (VNR). Non-organizational white supremacists active in Valkhyne include National Socialists (Nazis), the neoreactionaries (NRx), and the alt-right. Frequent, politicized use of the following symbols and rhetorical tools renders an organization potentially counter-revolutionary and subject to scrutiny: 14, 88 or HH, the swastika, the white hood, "white genocide," "reverse racism," any other symbol or rhetorical tool with historic connections to white supremacist, fascist, and anti-Semitic iconography.
  • Anti-feminism: Defined as a male-centric reaction to the social, cultural, political, and economic equality of women and LGBTQ persons. Anti-feminist organizations in Valkhyne include the VNR, the Presbyterian Resurrection, and the Worker's Decency Party (pro-woman but anti-LGBTQ). Anti-feminists often call themselves Men's Rights Activists (MRA), involuntary celibates (incels), or "red-pilled." Frequent, politicized use of the following symbols and rhetorical tools renders and organization potentially counter-revolutionary and subject to scrutiny: the red pill, heterosexual pride, the Mars symbol, "misandry."
  • Christian exceptionalism: Defined as a loose conglomeration of hegemonic beliefs in the superiority of Christianity over other faiths or over faithlessness or particular churches or denominations of Christianity over others AND the intent to cause harm to those who deviate from one's chosen beliefs. Example of Christian exceptionalist organizations in Valkhyne include the Presbyterian Resurrection and the VNR. The most common variety of Christian exceptionalism in Valkhyne is leveraged specifically against Muslims. Neighborhood watch organizations with loose ties to the VNR are most often guilty of Islamophobic targeted surveillance, stopping-and-frisking, and leveraging of threats against mosques.

by Gandoor
There are no banned organizations in Gandoor, only the incitement of violence against a person or group is banned. It should be noted that things that one may not consider an incitement of violence are considered to be ones under the law, as we use what someone may infer from what is said, not just what has been said. (So an organization may violate the law even if they don't outright say 'go out and hurt members of this group' because they are implying that their followers should do it)

Pretty much this. No group is really banned per se, as long as they aren't inciting violence.

-Any group seeking to promote political or social change or create pressure along these lines is banned.
-The same goes for any group devoted to any religion other than Megatronism.
-It goes without saying that any group that is outright against the government is not only banned, but even attempting to form one is treason and punished with death.

Rame Tep This nasty little cult likes to murder people and sapient ponies by darting them with darts that cause horrific hallucinations and has no redeeming features at all.

ISIS As in the Muslim terrorist group of that name. Jihadism in general is also banned.

Islam. De facto, this ban is not enforced except for jihadism and in our strict Category A prisons, but it is technically illegal, and the mosques can be seized if they cause trouble.

The Provisional IRA and other such terror groups. We don't need them here, thank you very much.

The Mafia For obvious reasons.

by Zhouran
Basically any groups or organizations that aims for some sort of change in the nation, whether that be social, political or economical, are banned in the People's Republic. This also includes subversive foreign terrorist groups such as Antifa (ranked as one of the greatest threat to national security along with ISIL) and numerous foreign hardline kunbangist and military-oriented nationalist groups that call for a more-hardline Zhouranese leadership in power.

Anyone who is a member of a subversive group, whether it be domestic or foreign, marxist or kunbangist, pro-government or anti-government, will be charged for high treason; destruction of territory; sabotage to public and economic utilities; treason; espionage; acts of terrorism; attempts to topple the government or actions aimed at incitement; and endangering national security, and will be sentenced to death by execution through decapitation, firing squad or electrocution for committing political crimes that endangers the stability and cohesion of the People's Republic.
