I'm surprised my nation is the only one which has no banned groups or organisations, though individuals can be arrested if they plan illegal activities like human trafficking, murder or public violence. Our strategy to counter extremism is with education and assistance.

We firmly believe in the freedom of assembly, hence no group is banned.

Out of the dozens throughout the history of Rijkenland, the Porno Party would be one.

It was a fight against provincial censorship of internet pornography in Maurristad province in 2004 but then evolved into an impressive internet right's organization. As a result of sparking minor riots across the country, mostly involving angered "woke" youth, the group was banned.

We don’t ban organizations, but we do have the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, or OPC. Their job is to investigate individuals and organizations deemed to be hostile to the public interest. So while in theory you are perfectly free to found or join whatever organization you want, in practice they will be up your butt with a microscope, and members of your organization will go down, due to a variety of charges ranging from planning (or incitement) of violence to parading without a permit.

Since we focus on types of organizations rather than a specific organization, there is no loophole of making a similar but distinct organization with mostly the same members to avoid the law.

So without further ado, here are the types of organizations and individuals that the OPC focuses on:

  • right wing terrorists
    E.g. neo-nazis, pro-life, libertarians
  • destructive cults
E.g. Scientology, any kind of dominionist religion (Wahabism, Televangelical, etc)
  • organized crime
    E.g. mafia, cartels, arms smuggling

As Ieskarios chooses not to ban free expression these days, only groups which pose a danger to society at large are outright banned.

Groups banned in the country include things like:
-Groups or syndicates listed as terrorist groups (religious extremist groups, insurrectionist groups, etc.)
-Groups or syndicates involved in illegal activities (narcotics gangs, illegal weapons traders, exotic goods, etc.)
-Groups or syndicates espousing violence against the government or civilians
-Any organization actively funding terrorist groups or insurrectionist cells

Terrorist groups are banned in Ruritane, as well as any religious cult that has been proven by a reliable media source to have killed people in a murder sanctioned by the cult's leader since the beginning of the twenty-first century. Honestly, the rules for cults are so specific because they are to keep a certain Hollywood money suing religion Mormonism in Ruritane. No other groups are banned, not even Nazis, Communists, or anarchist groups, because unlike most other nations in here, Ruritane has freedom of assembly.

The only organisations that are explicitly banned in Aikoland are Neo-Nazi or Neo-fascist ones, which is fairly understandable considering that our nation was occupied during WW2 and therefore suffered under the boot of fascism.

Of course, this hasn't stopped the existence of political parties or organisations that one might consider to fall under these umbrellas, most notably the Traditionalist Party, which existed from 1965 until 1988, who were a far-right ethnically nationalist, antisemitic, anti-immigrant, and pro-Catholic political party, but they were not banned or punished for their views.
