FireBrand Games' new controversial game pending investigation
ARGENTINSTAN CITY -- 07/23/2018
The Department of Justice announced today that it would be opening an investigation of Garlindo-based gaming company, FireBrand Games, new application (Dead Effect 3: In Amber Clad) on the base that it could promote and incite terrorist behavior. The Secretary of Defense also commented from New Berlin in Artheia: "Gaming is a large part of our culture and world culture but when it starts to promote terrorist activities, it becomes a problem."
The game, along with all of FireBrand Games' line, was suddenly made unavailable on several online-based game retailers throughout the nation.
The game's content supposedly involves players working alongside terrorists and causing distress in Mariobo International Airport. Airport officials and national security officials are concerned about how the developers gained access to non-public areas of the airport depicted of the game and the Mariobo P.D. has issued stop and detain warrants for the developers for information.
