We do not share the same world as them, so this is hypothetical. Nevertheless:

USA: Hostile. The United States is the epicenter of capitalism, the heart of the beast. The current American regime is a collection of corrupt plutocrats, fascist scum, and various hangers-on. Only when the Americans embrace the revolution, even if they must be dragged into doing so kicking and screaming, will capitalism be defeated.

CHINA: Hostile. The "People's" Republic of China is run by a cabal of Dengist class traitors who have enslaved the Chinese people to the will of the market.

UK: Suspicious. The British Empire is dead and what remains of it is of little consequence compared to its far larger children; America and India; and as such, while it should be watched, it is not of the highest importance. The rise of Jeremy Corbyn could be interesting, though.

FRANCE: Suspicious. The election of Emmanuel Macron means France shall certainly fall to fascism in the next election, even if as of now it remains a neoliberal state.

BRAZIL: Negatively apathetic. The recent parliamentary coup against Dilma Rousseff shows the corruption of the Brazilian ruling class, but it is unlikely to have many effects elsewhere. Brazil shall inevitably embrace the revolution, but until that time, there are bigger fish to fry.

RUSSIA: Hostile. Vladimir Putin and his cronies are the eventual outcome of Boris Yeltsin and his American handlers' undemocratic military and economic coup against the Soviet Union. The new rich of Russia, the descendants of the corrupt nomenklatura, and their KGB thug Vladimir Putin are the best example of what Stalinist bureaucracy inevitably leads to.

GERMANY: Hostile. Germany is the center of the imperialist European Union and has devoted itself to looting and sacking countries like Greece of everything valuable. Nevertheless, it's interests seem limited to Europe rather than world-wide.

JAPAN: Hostile. The Japanese have traded imperialist dictatorship for capitalist oligarchy, and have embraced a more economic method of projecting power, but while they pretend to forget their crimes against the people in those areas they conquered, we have not.

Our relationship with the other nations of the Imperial Commonwealth range from very friendly (such as the individual nations of the Columbian Federation or the various islands of the West Mugalies) to friendly (like with the United Kingdom or the Kingdom of New Eireland). Outside of the IC we maintain good relations with several nations in western Alkebulan, as well as a good working relationship with the Republic of Huaxia and our neighbours the Republic of Texcoco.

[Appalachia]

USA: Friendly - We are a former United States posession that split off during the chaos of the 2nd civil war, we have a good relationship with the remnant United States, but a Hostile relationship with the Confederate States. In particular, the Confederacy does not recognize the independence of Appalachia. Our relationship with the US allows us access to salt water ports and trade with what is still a major, albeit reduced, industrial power.

CHINA: Unfriendly - Appalachia has refused to take an official stance in the dispute between the PRC and the ROC (Taiwan). Accordingly, Appalachia does not maintain official diplomatic channels with the Peoples' Republic. In addition, Appalachia has in the past criticized China for human rights abuses and called for the independence of the Tibetan and Uyghur peoples. Despite these disagreements, there is still some economic trade between Appalachia and China.

UK: Friendly - Appalachia and the United Kingdom have a history that dates back to the colonial era. The UK was one of the first nations that Appalachia established relationships with post-independence, and there is now much trade, travel, and exchange of research between the two nations. There was some controversy when Appalachia's president declared his support for Scottish independence, but this was not a serious diplomatic issue.

FRANCE: Friendly - Appalachia and France have a positive relationship. Like the UK, this includes preferred travel arrangements for each other's citizens, mutually beneficial trade agreements, student exchanges, and research partnerships.

BRAZIL: Indifferent - There is some trade and travel between the two nations, but not much.

RUSSIA: Indifferent - As Russian and US conflict has becoming increasingly tense, Appalachia has worked hard to maintain neutrality in this conflict. The President has repeatedly refused to comment on ongoing events in Eastern Europe.

GERMANY: Friendly - Our relationship is similar to that of France and the UK.

JAPAN: Indifferent - Japan is seen as a positive trading partner, but has shown unwillingness to cooperate with Appalachia diplomatically on the same level as the UK and France.

USA - Slightly cold. While Gandoor and the USA had a better relationship in the past, actions of the USA during recent administrations has caused relations to deteriorate somewhat.

CHINA - Somewhat cold. Gandoor does not have formal diplomatic relations with the PRC and has maintained relations with the ROC. Despite this, trade does still occur between the two countries.

UK - Very friendly. Gandoor was originally settled from British exiles and, while this occurred in the late 16th century, we have had friendly relations with the UK since the establishment of the Gandoor Grand Council in 1587.

FRANCE Friendly. France has, since the establishment of the Democratic Republic in 1904, been a close friend of Gandoor.

BRAZIL - Indifferent

RUSSIA - Cold. Despite 21% of Gandoor being of Russian ancestry and Russian being an official language, relations with Russia have been cold since the 1950's, when Gandoor declared its neutrality in the Cold War. The coldness of the Gandoorese-Russian relations is generally the result of the anti-democratic nature of the Russian government. (And during the Cold War, us not wanting to be seen as allies towards non-democratic states such as the USSR)

GERMANY - Friendly.

JAPAN - Very friendly. Gandoor has strong ties to Japan due to long Japanese cultural influence in our nation dating back to the late 1850's. In the present day, 34% of the population identifies as being of Japanese ancestry and Japanese is one of our three official languages and is spoken by 91% of the population.
