SECRETARY OF COMMUNICATION - ROMAN GOVERNMENT
"SENATUS POPULUSQUE ROMANUS"

ROMA - 14/06/17

The secretary of Roman communications, along with large media companies, whether newspapers of varied subjects like sports, news, varied subjects until magazines and gazettes have managed to form a unique channel of communications for better entertaining of all the readers of newspapers in the country, since the inhabitants of the great urban centers to the most pleasant farmers of the Alps to the Mediterranean. As of today all newspapers will be more accessible, allowing better accessibility to all those who want to wake up well informed.

All this arose due to the great process of modernization due to the new global technologies such as better telephone services and the emergence of the internet for the homes of any kind of people, so we decided to first improve the accessibility service of the people to secure their newspaper mecause it is rooted in modern Roman culture, being the symbol of the worker, no matter in what area he is, whether urban or rural. Subsequently, other systems will be better integrated to guarantee the quality and the right to information guaranteed in our constitution.

Therefore, good businessmen who help the quality population have decided to invest with the government for this accessibility, and so the newspapers Populusque, Gazeta Romana and Gallean Sports will be in the price range between 1.50 and 5 denarii, while magazines willremain at the same price. But if you want something more than normal, be aware - because the conservative government will sponsor not only other cultural services but also the creation of privileges and also report everything that happens in the Senate to citizens as you stay alert to the activities of whom you elected.

Thanks to our incredible conservative management, all Romans now have the right to read whatever they want, and by initiating this, we will only do our duty to care for all citizens, no matter who they are.

SECRETARY OF COMMUNICATION - ROMAN GOVERNMENT
"SENATUS POPULUSQUE ROMANUS"

ROMA - 15/06/17 - APPROVED ENRICO FAGENTINNI TRANSIT ACT

The Enrico Fagentinni Traffic Act is a bill creating under the base of a popular refeder officially created on March 13, 2017, by citizens of the city of Naples after the tragic accident occurred in the same city on 02 March when an uncontrolled car controlled by 32-year-old Enrico Fagentinni crashed into the Federal University of Naples, killing another 12 people, most of whom were sleeping in a nearby diner. Nobody knows the real reason for the accident due to the condition of the car - which has exploded, and to this day the university is closed with its activities until the end of the investigation.

The referendum in less than a week won more than 250,000 signatures, mostly citizens of Naples and so in a few days was already being ruled in the Senate with a participation of 3,000 civilians, the largest of the last 10 years. At the first meetings, there was much discussion about fines and other types of fees, which resulted in the creation of a specialized committee on this. After the text was changed, the official vote began, which had to be postponed from Wednesday to Monday, June 12. The senators by electoral college presented their reasons to vote in less than 20 minutes, and thus, one by one, they presented themselves and gave their vote, with the result officially presented to the media today.

The result was the approval of 195 senators from the 188 needed, that is, the law with the amended text was approved, so it will come into force in exactly 2 months, time for regulatory agencies, car companies and cities to know the new rules and adapt their systems to it. According to the Consul Pietro Franzatti, the families of the victims of the accident will receive a pension for psychological treatments in cases of trauma or for aid in purchases and derivatives. The new law will replace the Urban Transit Act, promulgated in 1979 with the approval of 277 senators.

ROMA - 15/06/17 - APPROVED ENRICO FAGENTINNI TRANSIT ACT
GOVERNMENT CAN NOT APPROVE THE ORIGINAL TEXT AND OPPOSITION WINS MORE SPACE IN THE SENATE

About 3 months after the tragic accident at the University of Naples, senators voted yesterday and Monday, June 13 and 14, about Enrico Fagentinni Traffic Act, one of the most voted popular projects in referendum, and that caused a lot of confusion between the Liberal and Conservative parties, along with their leaders which can lead to a political crisis, this being the beginning of a conservative fall of popularity never before seen in this century, dominated by them. Meanwhile on the streets, liberals are growing more and more, especially in the big cities of Rome and Milan, while more people are dissatisfied with the new Consul's government, Pietro Franzatti.

This is because so far he has not done any campaign project and the effort not to change the original text of the new traffic code, despite deserved efforts, did not change the opinion of the committee responsible for this which gave the victory of the opposition, the liberals. However, there were also several other attempts to change the opinion of senators beyond the absurd campaign by conservatives for the same, according to some members of parliament who can not be identified, the situation called for the session to be postponed from Wednesday, 7 June for Monday, whose goal was to try to have the goal of 188 senators not reached and so the vote was postponed to July - where a new committee would be created and the chances that the altered text would be discarded and the original one, where it allowed abusive rates for those who inflicted any kind of traffic penalty.

The conservative and government responses to the Liberal Party and its participation in it are totally unknown, but according to political experts it is very likely that the liberal ministers on the plate will be fired and replaced by conservative ministers in retaliation for the approval of that law, but we will only know that answer tomorrow, when the government will launch the Government Gazette, where it says what meetings the Consul will have next week. No conservative and no liberal wanted to talk to us, which leaves a climate of mystery that will only be resolved in the next chapters of this novel.

ROMA - 22/06/17 - REFORM IN THE MINISTRIES
LIBERAL MINISTERS ARE DEFINED AND SUBSTITUTED BY CONSERVATIVE MEMBERS

As was said in the previous edition of the Populusque newspaper, after the first liberal victory under the conservative government in the latter was accomplished by the approval of the Enrico Fagentinni Traffic Act, things were not very stable as the previous administration, even tried to be held this friday after protests calling for a better organization on the part of the Consul Pietro Franzatti and in response to the situation, he dismissed the Minister of Justice and Citizenship Silvio Menzatti and replaced him with Luigi Ginchinatti.

Luigi Gichinatti joined the Conservative Party in 1981 at the age of 27 and is a popular politician in the south of the country, being mayor of the city of Palermo by two shifts and senator between 1994 and 2010 by Sicily. He is known for being a social and fiscal conservative, defending Catholic politics and is against more liberal reforms and as Minister of Cities, he said that it will create a single base for basic population systems and strengthen security in more public places, among several other things that will still be announced next week when it is officially accepted in the Cabinet.

The liberal response was also harsh as were the conservatives, who this morning reported in their newspaper reporting that if these measures were taken, severe measures would be taken by the opposition and the population that support them, since both consider it a "children's act in relation to politics, and will not accept other measures before this". The Emperor Augustus, who rarely interferes in politics and the senate, declared that if this crisis worsens, he will carry out "hard measures to continue the democratic service that is the senate and his consul". In the street, the measure was seen as an outrage while others celebrated, but in general, the action was seen as normal in most communes and Roman provinces, losing only to certain urban centers like Rome and Milan.

ROMA - 25/08/17 - LIBERALS STRIKES AGAIN
LIBERAL PARTY LAUNCHES PROPOSAL AND DIVIDE THE SENATE AGAIN

Months after the small crisis that originated in the Senate due to the approval of the Enrico Fagentinni Traffic Act, a conservative project that had its text changed by liberals which made the dismissal of ministers of the same party in the office of the Consul Pietro Franzatti, the liberals, as a form of response to the act that was considered as "childish and disrespectful" yesterday launched through Senator Gabriel d'Bonzhencho, from the Lombardy a project considered by many as at least controversial.

The bill aims to change the base text of the "New Roman State Duties Act," a conservative bill approved by more than 201 votes promulgated in 2004 under the government of Consul Julio Forniazzi, who was also quite controversial at the time. Rights and duties of the Roman state in the modern era, which are considered to be very centralizing in the sense of giving more power to the executive, ignoring the regional, provincial and communal governments that affect the lives of people more than the orders given in Rome. The Senator used this same justify the amendment only of this article present in the law, in addition to supporting the minimum state. The fact angered the more traditional senators who defend a larger, stronger and Christian state that serves the interests of the population.

The bill will still go to the Senate Law Commission it will discuss on Wednesday and if approved without any change, it is likely that it will still be discussed in August. Former consuls Giovanni Matarazzo and Julio Forniazzi himself, the latter considered the most conservative coming close even from the reactionary wing are totally against the amendments, and the other senators have not yet officially positioned themselves in relation to the project, but will probably be barred by at least 12 votes.

The population, who say quite positive about the new conservative government that is more moderate despite declines for the liberals in the last 3 consecutive months, are against the change due to the moment the country is there, asking for time to "close" the confusion of the other two parties. But in the more conservative cities like Venice, Genoa and communes inland that approach hard-line conservatives, they are more against their hatred of the liberal governments of the last 20 years, which they call "miserable globalists." In Rome and Milan, the two largest poles in the country and home to the country's other liberal representatives are anxious to approve it, which they say is "necessary to be a modern nation"
