Does your nation have the luck to have such a guy/lady (and if not, has it ever had)? Who is it? What made him/her Enemy of the State? Does your leader even consider him/her a personal enemy? How will you deal with him/her after getting?

Joana Kønsmed. How someone looking like her can be an Enemy of the State, you ask? Now, this is what makes them most dangerous. That it's not written on their forehead.

Yes, we do have that luck. Joana Kønsmed is 25 years old and the one of the two remaining leaders of the socialist terror organization Duborgske Røde Brigaden (the other one was Kai Rhode, he got shot when he was so smart to shoot at security officers of our leader's residence). That organization proclaimed a new state, called Socialist Duborg a few days ago. Although we have another, Old Regime loyalist, right-wing terror organization that so far has killed more people than the Red Brigades, we consider dealing with Kønsmed and her followers more urgent.

And yes, Chancellor Miriam Prent considers her a personal enemy. When captured, Kønsmed will either be eliminated a fast and painless way, or it gets less fast and less painless ...

Last time we had an "enemy of the state" was in 1993, when a hardcore-nationalist terrorist organization assassinated our president Hannah Rösler - although we haven't found all of their members, we at least managed to crush the organization - we assume that the others may still reside abroad. Not only that, the Ministry of Internal Affairs have stated that those individuals from the list will be detained and receive capital punishment for "de-stabilizing the People's Republic and endangering the lives of Zhouranese citizens" if they ever step foot on Zhouranese territory.

There is this guy, let's call him A. Because if we released his actual name, that would give him more publicity and we do not want that.

Anyway, a few months ago, comic strips of our beloved Phoenix Empress Helga were uploaded to an anonymous online blog. They depicted the Empress performing all kinds of sexually-explicit and humiliating acts, and called her a "wh***". When Helga saw the comics for herself, she was not amused one bit. She ordered the blog to be shut down and its creator jailed.

Since A posted the images anonymously, the Reichspolizei (Imperial Police) had to find out who he/she was, before they could make any arrests. The IP address from which the illegal content originated was traced to an open guest WiFi network at a police station. Based on the router access logs, there was exactly 1 device online at the time the comics were posted. In addition, security camera video showed a vehicle parked in the police station's parking lot during that period, and the number plate was clearly visible.

Using the vehicle registration database, the Reichspolizei identified A as the owner of the vehicle in the security video and arrested him for lèse-majesté. Although A had deleted the images from his laptop, police matched the computer's MAC address with the device accessing the WiFi network. With this evidence, Phoenix Empress Helga chose to bypass the courts, and sentenced A to 5 years in prison. She also banned him from using any online social media accounts.

Following this incident, all public WiFi networks have required name, address and date of birth from users.

Lothar Morgenthau and some of his followers have broken out of jail in November and left the country. Since the December Constitution got passed, the ideology of National Meritocracy got unbanned again. Following an announcement before the election in March 2017, Morgenthau is no longer persecuted and taken from the 'People who should steer clear of Leonoria' list.
The ex President of the former Milenian Democratic Republic, Mátyás Lengyel, however would still be arrested at sight, as he is persecuted in three countries for his crimes during the civil war in Milenia.
The leader of the LNF, who was lucky we never identified him (he calls himself 'Agent Q'), is unlikely to be taken action against, as we destroyed the radical cells of the organization. The left members of the LNF, who are rather moderate, are not considered terrorists.
Opir, a Ukrainian-nationalist organization ("opir" = Ukrainian word for resistance), has dissolved itself, as our policies embedded in the December constitution protect the rights of ethnic minorities sufficiently. Their leader Marharyta Pavlenko, who got arrested a few days after Katharina Polak became leader, got released from prison in January.

Before the coup, now-chancellor Katharina Polak was considered an Enemy of the State.

There are no such things in the case of SSPR. There are, however, enemies of the people. Some people keep insisting that they're one and the same, but they're not. Our enemies of the state would also harm the people if put in a position of power by, for example, genociding them or implementing capitalism resulting in the starvation of hundreds of millions of people, as it has in the past. Nazis and fascists are our primary enemies of the state or people, which is more accurate.

The top enemy of the state in Saiteki Shakai is Orion. Little is known about him to the public, other than that he possesses stolen advance technology and has malicious intent.

He was previously a scientist, however became increasingly malicious and insane as time went on and eventually was restrained in his research. Biography: Bjørk Anna Kristina Lundkvist was born in Oslo (today called Kvislingbyen) in 1994 as the older of 2 sisters. Both of her parents, Gunnar Lundkvist and Eva Holm, are loyal members of the Nasjonalistiske Vikingpartiet (Nationalist Viking Party), a fact that has irritated her to no end. By age 17, Lundkvist had developed a staunch opposition to the nationalist and racially exclusionist policies of the Nordic government, policies she denounced as being contrary to the global workers' struggle. She formed an underground Marxist association with several of her close friends under the guise of a singing group. Lundkvist taught members of the club to sing popular communist and revolutionary songs from France, England and the USSR, as well as songs she wrote herself. Her group quickly gained popularity, reaching thousands of supporters, and eventually it came to the attention of the Nordic government. In 2014, after making a speech in a public park, Lundkvist was detained by police for inciting public disorder (and would end up spending 4 months in prison). Following her arrest, riots simultaneously broke out in Kvislingbyen, Trondheim and Stavanger resulting in injuries to over 100 police and civilians. Claiming that Lundkvist coordinated the riots, the Nordic government outlawed her music club as a terrorist organisation. When Lundkvist was released from prison, she resumed meeting with her music club in open defiance of the ban. Under Nordic law, associating with a banned group is punished severely, up to death. But before Lundkvist could be brought to trial, she had already fled the HNR. Today, Bjørk Lundkvist lives in London, UK. From her new home, she founded the Marxist-Leninist "Nordic Socialist Resistance" movement. Lundkvist is extremely vocal in her opposition to the Nordic government, openly calling for the assassination of national chancellor Ole Kvisling and terrorist attacks on government buildings, which fortunately have never happened. When Kvisling found out about Lundkvist's activities in the UK, he was furious. In 2015, Lundkvist was tried in her absence and found guilty of treason. Her Nordic citizenship was revoked and she was banned from the HNR for life.

Political views: Lundkvist is a Marxist-Leninist. Unlike Ole Kvisling, she does not believe any one race, nationality or language to be better than the others. Rather, she supports a world where the workers collectively control the means of production, and values contrary to international socialism like borders and nationalism are completely eliminated. Lundkvist does not support Stalinism or other totalitarian mindsets; she thinks the people should be free to live as they wish, so long as they are socialist. For someone as opposed to Kvisling as she is, Lundkvist shares the same aversion to Abrahamic religions. But she takes it a step further and rejects all religion—even Odinism—as the "opium of the people". Lundkvist does not have good relations with her family because they are supporters of Kvisling and national socialism. To make matters worse, her sister Elke recently graduated from the Nordic national police academy, further alienating her.
