The Democratic Empire of Bloodshade

On behalf of the people of Bloodshade and the Countess, it is my honor to announce that Bloodshade will be launching its own embassy program in our staunch effort to bring about peace and prosperity between our nations, one step at a time.
Despite the ever changing and volatile nature of our world's political climate, we are more than willing to accept applications and establish embassies for all styles of nations so that we may not be responsible for alienating any member of this fine Earth.
The Democratic Empire of Bloodshade is a democratic, progressive capitalist state, led by Countess Ambrosia Von Carstein. It has a population of around 3,532,504,239 citizens. It consists of four races including humans, elves, dwarfs and vampires. Despite our biological differences, the Treaty of Marienburg, signed on 1923, stated that the nations of each race would confederate and form into a united empire. Humans speak Reikspiel, Dwarfs speak Khazalid and Elves speak Eltharin while Vampires manage to speak every language. Other main languages include English, Latin and French. Around 43% of the population can speak Spanish, 23% can speak Mandarin and 13% can speak German.
Standard diplomatic protection will be applied to an embassy's members of staff. Upon leaving the embassy grounds, a member of staff will be subject to the country's laws. All embassies will be located in the capital of Bloodshade known as Altdorf unless the ambassador wishes for a customized residence.

Important Notices About Applying
- There is a limit of 30 security personnel, 30 service staff and 30 diplomatic staff.
- Types of lethal weaponry shall be limited to pistols, rifles, support utilities (Fragmentation grenades and et cetera) and melee weapons. Poison, incendiary and armor piercing ammunition is prohibited.
- All small scale non-lethal weaponry shall be allowed but reviewed.
- Please limit the number of weapons to 5 per security personnel.
- Security personnel are not allowed to leave embassy grounds on their own, with lethal weaponry, unless accompanying the ambassador.
- Military vehicles such as tanks are not allowed although we will allow armored military vehicles such as light trucks and APCs.
- The number of military vehicles are limited to 5.
- The number of civilian vehicles (SUVs, limousines, sports cars) are limited to 5.
- Civilian vehicles can be built with armor.
- No vehicle may be armed with a weapon or a weapons system.
- If a member of the Ambassador's family requires educational services or any service in general, we will be happy to oblige.
- If a translator is required, feel free to ask for one.
- Items that are declare-worthy include: Drugs, animals, plants, electronics, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, food and drinks.
