Sandcutter Daily Latest September 2017, 5th Sevenspear River Mining Consortium has marked the start of works at its wholly owned Taipan Hill Zinc project, Hong Kong Commonwealth. Construction of the 1.5Mtpa processing plant and associated infrastructure is expected to take approximately 15 months with commissioning in late 2018 ahead of the first production in early 2019. Both the lead construction contractor, Muirland Engineering, and the earthworks contractor, Salvo-Emartiz, have commenced mobilization to the site. The Taipan Hill project will provide approximately 250 jobs during the construction phase with more than 150 permanent employees required to support the ongoing operations. Where possible, the company said it is committed to sourcing its workforce from the region as well as utilizing local suppliers throughout its construction and operations. Sevenspear also announced that it will conduct a reconnaissance exploration program at its Hua Tai Bay prospect located 10 kilometers west of its Taipan Hill project, both of which are located in Hong Kong Commonwealth. Sandcutter Daily Latest September 2017, 23rd Disaster Rescue and Assistant Command Central Logistics Center (DRAC-CLC) Fixbourne personnel assisted in the coordination and delivery of more than 50,000 pounds of humanitarian aid supplies as part of earthquake relief efforts for Nors Kood. The Ministry of Defense ordered the urgent staging and delivery of the medical, water sanitation and hygiene supplies following a 7.6 magnitude earthquake that rocked the Nors Kood nation Sept. 21. Disaster Rescue and Assistant Command DRAC-CLC Fixbourne executed the MoD's request in collaboration with Federal Disaster Response Center, ensuring 48 pallets of disaster relief supplies were on the ground and in the hands of the Nors Kood people within hours. Two Bridgewelders class LPD, HNS Keevinpool (LPD2002) and HNS Eagleforks (LPD2004) ready to deploy to Nors Kood. Disaster Rescue and Assistant Command Central Logistics Center Fixbourne is one of four logistics centers under Disaster Rescue and Assistant Command Global Logistics Support (GLS) that provides operational logistics. Services include contracting, regional transportation, fuel, material management, household goods movement support, postal and consolidated mail, warehousing, global logistics and husbanding hazardous material management, and integrated logistics support. In related news, fives FDRC Urban Search & Rescue (FUSAR) teams activated; awaiting transportation, ETA 23 Jan. ( the team from Hundredstar FUSAR Team 4, 12, 13, Springmont FUSAR Team 30 and The Recon Empire FUSAR Team 66). Hundredstar Air Force has postured C800-A1 and C300 Globeshifter transport aircraft on three-hour alert to support quick movement of supplies and personnel to and from the affected area. Air Force is also providing Killenthorpe Hill Air Force Base, as an FDRC incident support base and forward staging area. Head, Logistic Division, FDRC, Pablo J. don Salmonia said that additional meals, water, tarps, blankets, cots, and comfort kits ordered and will be sent to Killenthorpe Hill Air Force Base for pre-staging. Sandcutter Daily Latest September 2017, 28th Hundredstar Naval oiler HNS Eagleworth Bay (AO-1301) completed a fueling evolution at-sea with the Hundredstar flagged tanker COSTAC Christopher Columbus in international waters off the coast of Exekeld, Saltbridge, Sep. 22. Eagleworth Bay was part of Langpools Task Patrol, Saltbridge "Typically oilers like Eagleworth Bay are required to dock pier-side at one of the Navy's Logistic Depot," said Captain Rina Tymberland, Navy, Deputy Fleet Commander, 1st Fleet. "The capability exercised during this training evolution pushes the Navy's ability to refuel at-sea via commercial tankers and furthers the vision of a distributed, agile logistics concept." The refueling between Eagleworth Bay and Christopher Columbus marked an important step in increasing proficiency with at-sea fuel consolidation operation between tankers. Christopher Columbus is under a long-term charter to Ministry of Defense and is one of four MoD charters that have been specially outfitted to conduct consolidated cargo capability operations with fleet replenishment oilers. They also conduct onboard training and it was the standard procedure which focused on team responses in firefighting, equipment casualties, damage control, medical casualty response, and chemical, biological, and radiological defense (CBR-D). Sandcutter Daily Latest September 2017, 28th Hundredstar Space Agency (HSA) and the AGENSI ANGKASA LEPAS DIRAJA DARUL TAKZIM of Darul Takzim held the Inter-Agency Meeting to strengthen and deepen the bilateral cooperation, on the occasion of Dr. Mahmud Sultan ’s visit to Hundredstar. HSA and AALDDAT announced the joint statement concerning the result of the meeting and the establishment of the joint working groups to discuss the new collaborative areas, in the joint press briefing after the meeting. Hundredstar Space Agency was represented by their CEO, Dr. Wilfred R. Gunstaff. The Heads of the two agencies presented reports on HSA and AALDDAT space activities and reviewed the results of the cooperation between the two agencies that have been carried out over many years. Sandcutter Daily Latest October 2017, 6th The hospital ship HNS Gottinghound (AH1060) left its homeport of Lady Innsforth Naval Base, on Friday, heading to Persekora to support relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. In addition, the Gravestaff class LPD ship HNS Royalstrand (LPD392) has been released from active standby and will head to Persekora as well. HNS Gottinghound left with 522 medical personnel and support staff, and 70 civil service mariners aboard. The “package” includes the full spectrum of medical care to include general practice, family medicine, nephrology and pediatrics. Royalstrand will carried with them Emergency Support Function #9 - FUSAR (FDRC Urban SAR) Team 12 and 16; Emergency Support Function #12 - Disaster Energy Provider Team (DEPOT) Team 22; and Emergency Support Function #3 - Debris Operation Unit (DOU) Team 1 and 39 with full engineering and debris-cleaning equipment. The airlift and transport capabilities of amphibious ships make them uniquely suited to support disaster relief operations in the immediate aftermath of a natural disaster. After the meeting, both leaders will witness the signing of Artakus City Treaty between both nations and address members of the media. Artakus City Treaty Agreement on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Jauharius and the Hundredstar. This is a general framework agreement which highlights the areas of bilateral cooperation identified under the comprehensive strategic partnership including CROW, DOSAGE, CARPIA, INTRA and CABPRI Initiatives. MOU between the Government of the Hundredstar and the Government of Jauharius on mutual exemption of entry visa requirements to the holders of Diplomatic, special and Official Passports. The agreement allows holders of diplomatic, special and official passports visa-free travel between the two countries. To setup Hundredstar-Jauharius Trade Promotion Board agreement, with annexes, understandings, and related exchange of letters. Sandcutter Daily Latest Oct 2017, 18th Hundredstar has a clear plan to provide sea launches for commercial payloads to be carried by XLS Siculus rockets, according to an aerospace official. Mr. Samuel H. Grassledge, vice president of the aerospace commercial division of the Hundredstar Space Agency (HSA), said that the technology is not difficult and a sea launch platform can be built based on modifying 10,000-tonne freighters. Hundredstar will use solid carrier rockets which rely less on launch facilities and feature mature technology, Grassledge said, adding that key technology for the carrier rockets will be tested at sea this year and the service is expected to be available for international users in 2018. In addition to maximizing the payload of the rocket by flying from Equatorial regions, movable launch facility would offer great flexibility for potential customers to reach any conceivable orbit, while always flying over remote regions of the ocean. Sandcutter Daily Latest Oct 2017, 18th The Hundredstar Navy has received its 6th Al Farabi- class Frigate (Hundredstar Version) HNS Keith Triumpwoods (FFG-85) from shipbuilder Bindustry Yard. The ship was delivered during a ceremony in Al Huda, Bindu at Bindustry Yard’s manufacturing facility. The Navy took possession of future Keith Triumpwoods (FFG-85) after the 127-meter ship completed her acceptance trials in August, this year. Following delivery, a post-delivery maintenance availability and crew training and familiarization exercises in Al Huda, Keith Triumpwoods will sail to Lady Innsforth Naval Base for commissioning. According to the commanding officer of the ship, Cmdr. Nelson A. Sandcutter Daily Latest January 2018, 21st Hundredstar has completed development of its first domestically designed supersonic air-to-ship missile, according to a 7 January report by The Sandcutter Daily. Known as the NAGA Mk II, the radar-guided missile is set to enter series production in Fiscal Year 2019, said the report, adding that development of the weapon was completed at the end of last year. The NAGA Mk II was jointly developed by the Defense Equipments Upgrading Agency, Ministry of Defense and Tryget Missile Ltd as a successor to Hundredstar's NAGA Mk I series of missiles, according to Defense New Project Initiative (DENPI) officers. The missile, which has an estimated top speed of Mach 3 and a maximum range of 200 km, is expected to be primarily carried by the Hundredstar Air Force's and Navy IF-2153 Stormer multirole fighter aircraft. Sandcutter Daily Latest January 2018, 29th Hundredstar has decided to send several teams of its elite Disaster Rescue and Emergency Assistant Management (DREAM) to Rikana to coordinate Relief and Rescue Operations after the deadly earthquake which claimed over 112 lives damaging properties worth millions. The Prime Minister directed immediate dispatch of relief and rescue teams, including medical teams to Rikana, as well as to nearby affected areas. He also directed that proper arrangements be made for rendering assistance in an evacuation of stranded tourists. The DREAM left Rikana at 6 a.m. Sunday Bledllyn time following a massive 5.8-magnitude earthquake on Saturday. The DREAM left for Rikana to help with local disaster relief. In total 22 rescue personnel with six sniffer dogs and some emergency relief equipment set off from Killenthorpe Hill Air Force Base Sunday morning.
