Background
The Kingdom of Estalusia is a Theocratic Monarchy based in the 16th/17th/18th century Age of Exploration and Colonization.
After the Waring age 1345 and 30 years of open conflict.. Estalusia was united into one kingdom. Ushering in an age of exploration and scientific discovery. This came into direct conflict with The Church of Estalusia. After decades of Inquisitional Cleansing , a bargain was struck at a conference of Church, governmental and intellectuals at the City of San Pedro del Sur. The church was organized into the Church of Holy Sabiduría(Wisdom). Incorporating aspect of Estalusian Martial, Maritime, herdsman, and intellectual groups. Making it more inclusive and binding. The citizenry is superstitious and follow some strange customs that foreigners my find confusing.

Magritta --Capital City of Estalusia

Magritta is a large city founded in antiquity. It has been the capital of Estalusia since the joining of the two separate major groups. Estaluse on the South and Caledone in the north and the Church of the Holy Sabiduría. It is a major maritime port, sending and receiving goods from across the globe.

Estalusian architecture is both Plateresco and Baroque.

Tort law and Civil law are run by the High Royal Justicar also Non-Ecclesiastical crime and justice is met out. local Justicar and Constables deal with petty crime. But High crimes that require special care are done in the capital. Disputes between the provinces are also held in the capital that does not require the King. The Building that houses the high Justicar is a mass of bureaucracy and Quill pushers.

The city houses the main Lawyer and Barister guild.

The city proper is patrolled by the "Garde Civil" which are tasked with the safety of everything in the city behind the walls except for the Royal and political buildings. 5-man patrols move the the streets keeping order. Most of the time they are armed with halberds and pistols. But on occasion are armed with muskets and bayonets. It is illegal to carry muskets in the city streets without proper authorization or when the population is called to defend the city.
The Royal and politcal buildings are patrolled by the "Garde Royale".

The Holy City of San Pedro del Sur

The Holy City is the seat of the State religion of Estalusia. It is the site where the Holy Sabiduría(Wisdom) was revealed to San Pedro and the beginning of the religion in 1345 C.E. Ending the 30 years of war and the forming of the State Religion.

City of Alquezaro - The Northern Palace

Alquezaro is the location of the Northern Palace. It is the former capital of the Kingdom of Caledone. The royal house of Caladone was merged with the southern Kingdom of Estaluse. Caladone families may hold the title of Prince or Duke as per the Unification Charter of Estalusia.

City of Bilbali -- The Queen's City

Bilbali is a northern Trade Port. It is the home city of Queen Maria. Bilbali has a rich trade history. the majority of trade minister for Estalusia hail from here.
The country side has many fields of Barley. For both livestock and the production of Beer. Barley is the largest trade item. Apple Orchards are also in abundance. The main cuisine is lamb and barley smoked with apple wood. Dill is grown here so fish with dill is also popular. Of course beer is served with vigor.
Bilbali is home to a Popular hippodrome. Equestrian events are a thriving business.
Bilbali is Known for their Special Herruelos (Mounted Pistoliers) Known as Rodeleros.
Rodeleros are troops of duelist elite, drafted by their skill and determination.
Queen's College is a major center of learning in Estalusia. The Queen is the main patron and is the main recipient of her Philanthropy.

City of Los Cabos

Old port city at the end of the peninsula of Estalusia. The city is home to sailors, marines and fisherman. the city itself is built on a high Redoubt with only a small access to the road inland. The housing is disorganized and somewhat clumped together by the harbor. It was the historic site of a great battle that rallied the country and led to the unity that allowed for the country to become a global power. Most of the highborn have little to do with this city. Even the Marques is a little to brash for court intrigues. It is rumored a few "Retired " privateers live here. Mining is also a large part of the economy of the area for those less nautical or in large amounts of debt.

Diamenterra is truly the Breadbasket. Cattle, Wheat and underground foodstuff are in abundance here. It is a major center for making beef ready for market.
Many large ranches may be found here. Many Rancheros (Cowboys) may be found here. Many of the finest Cavalry officers hail from here.

City of Tobaro -- The Eastern Stronghold

Tobaro lies on the eastern coast near the Jagged Islands. This city protects Estalusia from smugglers and pirates who use the many islands of the coast to hide and plunder shipping. The terrain makes it inhospitable for large scale armies to maneuver and land. Mining and exotic fishes are the main industries. It is also a port for Continental trade from the eastern nations. Refugees from the east make their way here and the majority end up in the mines or if they have skills the Royal Engineers . Engineer, Grenadier and Pioneer units are created here. Waterway Wardens scour the waterways in small boats ferreting out Smugglers and other ne'er do wells. The Mountains contain many mining camps.

City of Azuzara

The city of Azuzara lies at the center north edge of the Irrana Mountains. The source of the Rana Pierna River (Frog Leg River) flows by the city. The river is named for the abundance of frogs and frog legs are a local delicacy. Frog swarms are often a problem if the mountain snow thaws are heavy and flooding pulls them from the river banks. The city is built around a very large hill top. The hill itself has a net work of tunnels which are used to house people and extra supplies from destruction. Nobles, wealthy merchants and the church are built on top of this great earthen edifice.

During it's history Graus has been fought for extensively from our eastern neighbors. This city contains the most diverse population ethnicity. The majority of mercenaries coming to Estalusia come through this port city. The Church has a large presence here. There are a large number of heavy fortified buildings here.

San Luis is a large ship building port built right into a large rock face. It literally is surrounded by a massive natural rock wall and fortifications. It is one of the most protected cities. entering the city by sea or one of the roadways is the only way into the city. Iron is mined in the hill area cover the south of the city. The largest herd of Wild Ibex live in the hill area.

Many bridges connect the Islands that make up the city. Small boats litter the waterways help the bridges from being choked by activity. Fish, Lobster, crab and exotic sea life are abundant here. The best fishing boats are built here. Even though it is outlawed there are many locals who pay Homage to the Pagan belief of the sea god. Hardy fisherman and Dock workers make up the majority of work. Though other services are here. Muros is also Known as the city of a 1000 taverns. Most of the Goods from Verin come here before being shipped elsewhere.
